Clean and Cheap easy check in all I needed

“carlisle spring show”

Checked in-room was not cleaned, beds were made but sink was dirty, newspapers behind bed along wall,smoke detector was disconnected and laying on top of the tv, Someones sweatshirt and gloves were left in the room. Shower was moldy and caulking was falling out. When I complained to front desk they sent two people who spoke such bad english you could not understand them. Will never stay there again

“pets allowed???”

The selection of the Carlisle Rodeway was selected by price and the acceptance of pets, we have a teacup poodle (4 pounds, sleeps in a carrier). Nowhere in the hotel information does it say $xx additional for a pet or that you are required to report having one. Hotel management was alerted by an employee when they saw me walking the dog. They called my room asked if I had a pet, I said I did and they said it would be an additional $30, I said okay and hung-up, this was the entire conversation. We returned late at night and found are room keys had disabled. I went to the desk and asked why and they said it was because we hadn't paid the additional charge. This is just unacceptable.

“Not Impressed”

My experience began trying to park. The parking lot was very narrow which caused people to park at an angle which made it difficult for me to park. I get up early and wanted to go into the lobby to read for awhile so my friend could sleep. They wouldn't let me in to the lobby until 6am. There were several of us waiting outside while there was someone in there who could have let us in. There was a floor lamp in the room but no chair to sit in. Finally there was no hot water. I couldn't take a shower and several other people came in and complained. One guy said there wasn't hot water the day before either.
