Great place to stay!

Pros: family friendly environment, helpful & courteous staff, indoor pool open late, rooms that easily accommodate families with young children
Cons: rooms could be updated, more selection at breakfast
Location: Not sure.......just passing through!
We were just there for one night.......got in late & left early, but had a good experience! My kids were thrilled with the indoor pool........they got to swim until 10 PM while it was snowing outside! I was very happy with the hotel staff.......very friendly & helpful!

Not for senior citizens.

handicap rooms not available.Needs more bathroom renovations.Toliet is too low for seniors not handicapped and needs new mirror over sink Couldn't reach coffee maker-too high to pour water into it. Good for all but seniors.

Quiet, clean, and worth the proce

Great folks running the place, very friendly. Room was spacious, and the heating system was more than adequate. The only issue is the bathroom, which could be cleaner and better maintained. There was still some hair in the drain, and the bathroom heater, although working, was severely beat up and had the fins exposed. The towels and bed linens were clean, and smelled fresh. This is a great location to access all the local Hershey sites, nestled in a local neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of main roads.

Should be a motel; not a hotel !

Rooms have outdated furniture. Very unpleasantness odor . Snow was still on sidewalks @ 5:30 pm? heating was poor. Good location, but that only last for a view.

Just Ok.

Pros: Close to attractions.
Cons: Facilities need updated. Employees are not qualified.
Location: Chocalate World. Hershey Park.
The hotel is just minutes away from the attractions which is very convenient for families. It is located in a quiet street. The breakfast is simple and without any fruits, there is one toastmaster with four slots but two slots are not working properly that caused bread burned out for us and another guest. The building is pretty old and so are the furnishings. What disappointed us was that the two-queen-bed room ordered online was not available when checking in and we had to pay $30 difference to change to a three-queen-bed room. The hotel is not living up to its price. An Indian couple are managing the hotel but their communication skill is not desired.

We do not have any 2 queen bed in our property. either we have 2 queen & 1 double bed which sleeps 6 guests or 1 queen and 2 double bed which also sleeps 6 guests. its depends how reservation was made and what kind of information was given. we have more then 13 items in the breakfast which exceeds the required of our brand standards. our staff speaks good English. accent could be different. Tons of potential, but not in good condition now..

The staff (appears to be a family that owns it) is friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a ton of potential - very close to Hershey attractions, nice size rooms and a cozy feel. Unfortunately, it is dirty, run down, and uncomfortable. The fan hasn't been dusted since it was installed. There is mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the windows in the room. The beds are rock solid and not comfortable at all. The shower was chipping apart and appear to be held together by a couple screws drilled right through the shower wall. The shower head leaked like crazy. The air conditioner / heater unit is much louder than it could be. It's disappointing, because with a more comfortable mattress, some cleaning and minor repairs this would be an excellent little hotel. But in its current state we'll have to look somewhere else for our next visit. We visit every year around Christmas and had been staying at a higher quality hotel farther away - I wanted to stay closer to the park but this was not worth it.
