The staff was excellent. Breakfast was nice. Parking was great. The room was quaint. However, the restroom was directly next to the bed. It would have been nice if there was a night light. Just one major concern.. both of my pillows had an odor of nicotine on them. That disrupted my sleep tremendously. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

I saw some bad review and took the chance since only 3 miles from the Pennsylvania Farm Expo Center and so glad I did. Nice quiet hotel with indoor pool and outdoor grill. The rooms all had a complete kitchen. I planned on going back inbetween exhibits but did not and did not even arrive to 11:45 pm. Greeted by very nice person and give a quiet room on 4th floor and we crashed. Next day nice hot shower and free breakfast for another amazing adventure. Will defiantly be back. Love then had extra items to take to room crock pots, rice cooker, etc if you stay a long time great place.

Free breakfast was varied including fresh fruit, eggs both hard boiled and mc muffin style, vegi sausage (if your thing), bagels, english muffins - toaster sucked- way to long to toast anything. Room itself included large refri/freezer, microwave, heat plate, all cooking utensils and pots/pans for meal prep, limited free TV viewing options. Pool was clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Great hotel option not too far from Hershey
The hotel staff was very friendly, our room was spacious and clean and the hotel is in a good location for options to eat and the mall. Only thing we thought was lacking a bit were the breakfast options. We were there to visit Hershey Park so still a great option about 20 min from the park attractions and reasonably priced.

My husband and I drove over 8hrs for his grandfather's funeral and this hotel was close to the funeral parlor. The young lady who checked us in was very warm, friendly and professional. After getting settled in our room and relaxing for a bit after our long drive we went down to the lobby to get a hot coffee. After pouring our coffee we realized there was no cream in the carafe so I asked a new woman who was now there if she could possibly get some more. She gave a slight eye roll and sigh, got up, came back with barely any cream in the carafe and what was in there curdled in our coffee so we decided to just get ready for bed however, when i turned down the covers I found a big nasty stain on the sheet. I took pictures and walked back down to front desk to find the same woman from the cream issue in the back office with a blanket around her, head down like she was sleeping. After standing there for a minute I said exuse me but the sheets on my bed were obviously NOT CHANGED and showed her the picture, she acted as though I was bothering her and said "well i can change your room" i told her that we were already all unpacked and extremely tired, she then said "what would you like me to do" with attitud. I asked for clean sheets to change them myself, then later that night our toilet backed up 2x. With no offer of assistance from staff either time so I plunged it myself. GM Andrew did give me a late checkout but after all that I'm I feel insulated. I got sick from breakfast food

I was charged twice check in desk didn’t know what she was doing. I paid thru Expedia then again at the desk. Manager could not give me a receipt of my refund to ensure me I was refunded. Overall terrible experience and the near by Sheetz was completely dirty and understaffed.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly. We had a fire alarm an had to evacuate the building. That happens we are tired. However, you all credited us our fees first thing. We didn't have to ask. That is taking care of your customers. We would come back based on that alone. Thank you.

I booked this hotel for my daughter’s dance competition at Hershey Lodge. Everything I needed from grocery store to a restaurant was 5-15 minutes away driving. There’s a mall and a gas station across the street which was convenient. Breakfast was basic but enough for my little ones. Waffle maker, eggs, a choice of meat either bacon or sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins and a variety of muffins. The only thing is that breakfast ended kind of early (9am during the week and 10am on weekends) for days we wanted to sleep in but the staff were gracious enough to give us muffins. There’s tea and coffee in lobby 24 hours. The pool was at a good temperature. The hot tub jets weren’t working but it was still hot and enjoyable. All staff were nice and friendly. The room was the perfect size for family of 4. The room had 2 pots, glass cups, bowls and plates, sterling silver utensils, serving utensils, dish soap, dishwasher pod, new sponge, roll of paper towel and a drying cloth. The only thing I had to bring was seasoning. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as a blow dryer. The closet was a decent size for us. All of our suitcases fit in there and the hanging rack was high enough that it didn’t interfere with the suitcases. Iron and ironing board was also included. The steam didn’t work on our iron but I didn’t really need it. They clean every other day unless you request otherwise. I’d stay here again.

Definitely great for families. Pool and hut tub were clean. There were always fresh towels pool side. Staff from morning to night were always helpful and Courteous.

Our stay was delightful, but the hotel charged us 2 separate charges that were supposed to be removed since we paid through Hotels.com. The charges were for $154.78 and $4.10!! At first they were pending, but then they put them through!! Beware of this hotel! Trying to get refund now - the staff was friendly about looking into it, but this should never happen.

We reserved our room to be with our son's soccer team for a tournament and on arrival we were informed there was a "system glitch" despite confirmation that they had our reservation that was also confirmed on my phone. Approximately an hour later we were told that the people in our "assigned room" were refusing to leave with assistant manager indicating they were upgraded the day prior and did not want to change and the other individual at the desk indicating they were refusing to check out. As we awaited a call back from the manager that was promised to us from assistant manager we went to dinner with our team and 5 hours later we still did not have a room with the only offer of a studio that slept 2 in a queen bed stating "we can give you blankets for the floor" for the other 2 (traveling 2 adults, 2 children). In the meantime, we were never contacted but he manager due to "bad cell service", watched the assistant manager check in MANY other guests whose "assigned rooms" were available, and were threatened to have the police called on us as we were raising our voices and "very insistent". The service was terrible from the assistant manager and other staff as they were "checking on our room" and we saw them on cell phones, having pizza delivered, and generally disappearing to the back office for 45 minutes on two occasions to the point where other guests standing at the desk had to call the hotel to get them to come to provide service.

Two Rooms with very different results. I was traveling with a special needs relative. My room was OK. Her room was scruffy. The edges of cabinet and doors were broken and the room smelled of smoke. Overall the the property was acceptable. The breakfast was good. They did stick me with additional charges for parking and wifi after they stay.
