Heading to the room there were trash bags, trash cans and used towels outside of one of the rooms. First morning there was hardly any food out at 7am for breakfast. 2nd night the shower was only lukewarm. Light switch at the door turned off the tv. Incredibly low lighting in the bathroom.

Stayed 4 nights with my two kids. Hotel staff friendly. Rooms quiet and clean. Bed super comfy. Breakfast that's included wasn't too bad either. Pool was ok... A little small but heated. I wish the hot tub was working. Overall good experience.

This hotel is a perfect safe place to stay while visiting York, Pa. Only a $7 Uber or Lift ride in and out of town. If you need to drive into town there are parking garages. Also if you have to "visit" the courthouse cell phones are NOT allowed. The rooms are clean and smell nice. The bathroom pretty good with plenty of water pressure for the shower. Breakfast was just ok with the usual eggs, ham, waffle, bagel, etc. I can't say enough about how the nice the staff was. Only problem was I requested a single King room but was assigned a two queen room. No biggie but I didn't press the issue either. We never got into the indoor pool but it didn't look that great either. Possibly because it looked heated and bubbly. People have complained on this platform about the hot tub being under construction.....well it was. So what! Why would you get into a hotel hot tub anyway??!! We will definitely be back this spring/summer for some downtown funnery.

The staff were very sweet but the property was a little…off. The hot tub was covered with plywood. No signs it was going to be working anytime soon. The pool was murky. There was something gross smeared on the back of our bathroom door. Small things that add up. Still, very convenient location for what we were doing and we felt safe.

So sad that when we got there the hot tub was under renovation, the only reason i chose this hotel was for the hot tub and couldn't even use it. Very disappointed

We chose this location because of its proximity to York ExpoCenter and convenient to other restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast could be better but still good. I liked that they have lemon packets available by the tea/coffee area. The shower’s water pressure is very good and Dove toiletries were provided. The room is quite dated and the beds squeaked. The pool area looked dreary and seems to be under construction with a piece of wood covering the smaller area of the pool. Gym is small.

Other than some needed dusting in our room, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. I appreciated extras like complimentary lemon water in the lobby.
