Only had housekeeping every other day, and then they only dumped the trash and replaced the towels; didn't make the bed. Ran out of some breakfast stuff almost every day

Shod did an excellent job checking us in. Regarding the rooms, the bathrooms and tv’s should be updated. Also, the bath towels are small and very rough…they should be replaced along with the sheets that were very worn. I would also recommend sample size shampoos, bath wash and conditioner as opposed to the refillable bottles which could be unsafe.

The only thing that was below average is the wear & tear on the rooms. Our room had several patched holes. Only spackling not painted over, walls scuffed & the bathroom sink cabinet had areas that the stain had worn off. The hotel is due for an update/refresh. Staff was very kind & helpful & the room was very clean. I would stay here again.

This was a nice large room. Lots of space with our golden retriever. They weren’t able to accommodate us on the ground floor which was fine. There was no breakfast left when we went down at 7:45 am due to a ball team and a band. The staff were caught unaware apparently or poor planning whoch was annnoying. Otherwise I would stay here again probably.

The front desk people were not at all helpful - did not ask for my Hilton Honors number - did not give any water and the shower head is so high it is impossible to regulate - not a good experience over all - thank goodness the next night Hampton Inn was great.

The toilet was way too low. I am a senior citizen and i had difficulty getting up and down on the toilet. There wasn't anything to hold on to. Internet connection not strong for work.

Perfectly nice overnight hotel for a road trip. Hotel didn’t receive booking for hotels.com until 90 minutes after booking so check-in was complicated and delayed.

This appears to be an older property but pretty well taken care of. Our room was good sized and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. The room had carpeting, which I do not care for. Carpeting is never clean. I would rather see plain floors, which can be kept cleaner. The shower head was very high on the wall not allowing me to reach it to change the direction or choice of sprays. But overall it is a place I would choose again if I were back in Harrisonburg.

The check-in staff was friendly. When we arrived at the room, only one key worked. One of the two beds in the room was dirty and the sheets had to be replaced. The woman from the front desk replaced them for us, but it took a long time for her to arrive to do so (she was alone at the front desk and it was a busy weekend). Then when we closed the bathroom door, it locked. I called the front desk again to have someone come and unlock it. She arrived much later to figure out the problem, then said she would return with a tool. Again, it took a long time. Eventually when she returned and got the door open, she determined it was an issue with the door and not that we had accidentally locked it when we closed it. Breakfast was okay. The kids were sad that the waffle maker was out of order. Check out process was easy, but less friendly.

Do not stay here!
This location was the worse Hampton property we have ever stayed. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned, the room only had 2 lights, mold in the bathroom, the bedding was horrible, the experience was hands down just horrible. We wanted to leave but we arrived so late it was not worth the trouble. I will be contacting cooperate about our stay. The staff member who checked us in was very nice but sadly that was the only positive about our stay. I do NOT recommend this location.

We arrived and had to wait 20 minutes to check in because of the computer wasn't working properly. The front deck employee was very apologetic and extremely frustrated with the system. The internet access was also not working properly.

When we checked in after 3:00 pm the room was not ready. After checking with cleaning staff for a vacsnt clean room, the hotel staff gave us a room Unfortunately there was a mistake for the room provided had not been cleaned. After returning to the front desk to tell them the problem we then were provided with another room. The staff explained they had confused the information relayed: it was a room on the third fooor not second. They spologized for yhe error.
