Decent overnightPosted Aug 26, 2014
Cons: larger coffee cups and a 2nd waffle maker would be good
We were driving up 81 from the south, going home to New Jersey and this was a decent place to stay on the road. Rooms were clean, they had a small gym, indoor pool and served free breakfast that was also ok.

Pros: Hotel was excellent
Arrived and were greeted at the front desk with a helpful friendly person. Check in was a breeze and the room was what I had reserved.

Pros: Location close to 81, still quiet. Rooms were clean, spacey. Small gym and pool.
Cons: It would be nice to find a nice reataurant nearby.
Hampton Inn did not disappoint us this time either. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and brekfast was abundant and healthy.

Visiting JMUPosted Aug 4, 2014
Loved this hotel. It was renovated Nd beautiful. Free breakfast exceeded our expectations. We used the fitness room, nice. We were only there for one night but could have stayed a week. Beds were really comfortable, nice sheets. Thanks!

1/4 Mile From I-81, but quietPosted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: The pillows - they had two different styles with different stiffness along with a card to explain which pillows were firmer and which softer.
Location: About 200 yds from the end of the exit ramp for I-81. So close and convenient to get on and off I-81, but far enough away that it was very quiet.
Great rooms, nice bedding and fantastic pillows. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, super staff!
Location: We were going to a music festival at Natural Chimneys--very convenient!
Our only problem was that when we arrived, we were told Expedia had canceled our reservation.

Was close to our venue.Posted Jul 15, 2014
The room was very comfortable but our room was missed by the housekeeping on Saturday morning. We left our room around 10:30am and when we arrived back at our around 12:30 am they had not changed our towels or make our bed. When I called the front desk the person there did not seem to know what to do. I just ask for towels and he gave me 6 bath mats instead of bath towels and did not seem to know what hand towels were!

Great stop on a road trip....Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Great beds! Friendly staff
Cons: Maybe microwaves in the room? Not necessary but a plus.
Location: We spent the early part of the day in Washington DC and enjoyed being able to find a Hampton within 3 hours so we could stop for the night by 5 or 6pm
My three sisters and I took our mom to Washington DC for her 90th birthday, so we broke the trip into 4 hour driving days. I knew a Hampton Inn was going to be clean and comfortable and this one did not disappoint us. The beds were wonderful, the fridge came in very handy, and the breakfast was yummy. I requested 2 more pillows and they brought it to me immediately! The staff was extremely friendly and even supplied us with ice cold water bottles when we left. We'd definitely stay at this Hampton again.
