“Excellent Hotel and Service”

As usual this Holiday Inn Express also has an excellent facility and service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harrisonburg area.

The next time I come back for a visit, I will stay here. The room was clean, the beds were very comfy and everything needed was provided for. The service was friendly and the included breakfast was fantastic!

I have stayed in several hotels in the area but this was by far the best. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have seen and I am picky. The staff was helpful and friendly. No smoking rooms and they mean it, no stale cigarette smells in the curtains etc. The room was small but the general condition of the hotel made up for it. Big, pleasant surprise

“Great time in Harrisonburg”

We enjoyed our visit - the staff was very courteous - we did have a little trouble with the air conditioner - but they reassured us it would be fixed quickly - and it was - they even called back later to make sure things were better. We appreciated that extra touch. The gentleman at the front desk at check in was very helpful - gave us directions to a restaurant and took the time to write them down and gave us some other options if the place we were going had a long wait. He was very nice.

“Beautiful Hotel with great Indoor Pool”

We absolutely loved the Holiday Inn Express. The room was fabulous. It was large with plush bedding and towels. The pillows were so comfortable I am going to buy some. My son wants to buy the blanket. I even loved the shower curtain, and the furniture! The food was terrific. I especially liked the delicious cinnamon rolls with frosting. The pool water was very clean and warm. They had plenty of towels. The hot tub was very warm, and relaxing. We plan to go back as often as we can, and will try Holiday Inn Express locations in more cities.

We were on our way to Annapolis for a family reunion and stayed here since it was about halfway. No problems. About what you would expect from a HIE: clean, friendly staff, good food. If I am ever in the area again, I would stay there again.

We had a lovely quiet room and time to enjoy a short swim. Highly recommended.
