Wifi access

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Closeness to destination
Cons: Better internet access and fees should be waived for early check in when the hotel is empty.
Location: Didn't really explore
This hotel had about 7 wifi connections and none seemed to work via laptop, smart phone or tablet.

The room was so comfortable and clean, the bathroom was even spotless no stains, mildew, mold or nothing. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

It's a motel. So we didn't expect too much.

Pros: Location
The room was a little smelly. Location is right off 81. It's a motel, not much to expect.

Location: Truck stops, James Madison University and gas stations.
I would not book there again. But the price was great and the breakfast was a very nice touch.

Reasonable road-side stop

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Value for the low price.
Check-in was fast and pleasant. Room was dated, but clean and servicable. Perfect for visiting James Madison University, or as a way-station along US 81.

nice hotel

Nice large parking lot for our trailer. Breakfast was typical, not great. Only restaurants nearby were Cracker Barrel and a Mexican sub shop. Not too quiet, near I81 exit, Rt 11. We'd stay there again.

Looking for reasonable accommodations off the highway with a place for dinner close by. This filled the bill. Not the ritz but certainly worth the money

Convenience at reasonable cost

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, convenience, and being pet friendly. Nice, large comfortable room.
Cons: Breakfast was good with lots of choices, but a waffle iron would have been nice.
Location: Convenient to I-81 for overnight travelers.
After having an unpleasant experience at a nearby hotel, we decided to try the Ramada Inn. Even though it is not a new facility, it has been renovated and is nice and clean with newer carpeting and furniture. We had a room with King bed and had loads of room to walk around and stow our luggage. A work desk had adequate electrical outlets for charging electronic equipment. Several lamps provided pleasant lighting, and a lounge chair with ottoman was a nice touch. The charge for our small dog was not unreasonable, and she slept in her bed as if she were at home. We appreciated that we could back our car right up to the entrance to our room to unload our belongings - very handy for senior citizens, or anyone for that matter. The bed was comfortable and the price was right. If we travel this way again, we will probably stay at this hotel another time.
