Perfect for last minute booking.Posted Jun 6, 2014
Quick and prompt service. Helpful staff. Hotel is five minutes walk to tube station, so it would take 20 minutes to get into city.

Does the job!Posted May 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed here for one night for business. The hotel was easy to find but the parking was extremely tight! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating at all times. The room was fine other than the fact that the traffic outside was not blocked out by the windows. If you need a bed for the night and a shower then this is an ideal place to stay. It's not luxury but that's not what I was after, affordability was.

Convenient locationPosted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very clean and recently refurbished room. Easy to find the hotel, convenient location, lots of amenities within a few minutes walk. Only downsides were the room was baking hot despite it still bring jumper weather and poor soundproofing meant we could hear the person next door in the bath.

Pros: the location
The hot water kettle was leaking, but we found the place comfortable and the hotel is clean. Will be nice if there is a microwave.

Very TiredPosted May 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Not a good Best Western and wouldn't stay here again. Rooms across the car park are like staying in an old Travel lodge on a motor way services. Desperately need updating and a very thorough cleaning. Wouldn't recommend unless they update it.. But the rooms in the hotel building might be a lot better I didn't get to see them. Swerve.

Beautiful city, great hotelPosted May 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Close to restaurants, shopping centers, beautiful view and buildings just outside the hotel. Of course parking is expensive, that is normal. The hotel itself is pretty, clean and somehow luxurious. Breakfast is very good. Dinner is not as good as breakfast. Highly recommended. I loved it.

Great valuePosted May 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Good value hotel for business but wouldn't stay here for pleasure. Building is very dated and my room was in an annex block which needs some tlc.

It's definitely not the Ritz but It was okPosted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: I guess at £32 I got what I paid for. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and did what they could to help
Cons: Get the flippin heat working
Location: Good access to Harrow shopping center
The main problem was the radiators werent working in the room which was really odd considering it quite quite cold outside. They Offered me a fan heater which i accepted but the heater only very Hot or Very cold which was that much help.

Close to Harrow-on-the-hill tubePosted Apr 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was just what we needed - an inexpensive, clean, comfortable room near Harrow-on-the-hill Underground Station. I would definitely stay there again.
