Very noisy traffic function room loud music the shower was very dirty not been cleaned for ages properly bed linen clean but bed broke do not stay here health warning

Run down mess

Pros: Comfy bed, wifi
Cons: Pretty much everything.
Location: There is an underground station a couple blocks away, but it is on a line that requires several changes to get to attractions in London.
Good things: the beds were comfortable, and there was wifi (but we had to call down to the front desk to get the password, as it was not given anywhere). Unfortunately the bad things about the hotel outweigh the good. We had to check in at the bar of the hotel restaurant, there was an unexpected £10 key deposit, and we only got one key. The room was too small for the furniture it held - the wardrobe would not open all the way because a bed was in the way, and to get to one of the outlets we had to move another bed away from the wall. There was a random stool in a corner, there was a TV, but it wasn't plugged in, and there was a hair dryer in a corner of the room with no mirror. There were cups, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar, but no way to heat up water. There was no air conditioning, and the road was too noisy to leave the windows open. The curtains had mold on them, and there was standing water in the bathtub. The toilet was temperamental, and while we were there the shower stopped working (they fixed it the next day). Halfway through our stay we got a call from the front desk that we had to change rooms. When I asked if the other room was the same, I was told that it was. We all packed up our stuff, but when my friend went to get the new key, she was told that we had to move because someone else had just booked the room online, and that the room we were moving to had two beds instead of the three we had booked. So she told them that we were not going to move.

Dirty, shabby and dismal

This was the most awful hotel I have stayed in. Booking through this website seemed to cause the reception staff great confusion and the person had to constantly ask advice. I had to wait while they checked and double checked my booking and tried to charge me £20 over what I had booked on this site. I complained and showed them the confirmation email. They were still disbelieving and mumbled to each other.The room was disgusting! It was filthy. The walls were incredibly grubby. There was a desk but no chair so I had on work on the bed which was very uncomfortable. The en-suite was very badly fitted and although fitments were clean the walls and skirting boards were disgusting. The window was also broken so I had enormous amounts of traffic noise and was extremely cold. Dreadful experience.

Great location for Wembley Stadium.

Pros: The location for Wembley Stadium and the fantastic cafe in the nearby shops across the road, they did a fab Full english breakfast.
Cons: The wallpaper in the room needed replacing as it was lokking old and tired in places.
Location: This was a great location for visiting Wembley stadium. It is only 20 minutes away on the bus H17 to Wembley central.
The hotel room was very comfortable with the use of an ensuite bathroom. You were given your own key to get into the hotel at night, if the restaurant part was closed. The hotel is just across the road from Sudbury Hill station and there is a small shopping precinct. It was an ideal location for visiting Wembley Stadium. I would stay again for that reason again, especially as it was good value for money.

Okay for a one nighter

Check in opened at 2pm, our room still wasnt ready at 4.30. There were a number of cracks in the walls and the joint of the bed was also cracked, leaving for an uncomfortable night sleep and a sore back in the morning. Had wifi and tea making amenities but would be looking elsewhere for future stays near Wembley.

Was awake the entire night due ongoing karaoke in the restaurant . Complained to reception and they never cared they said the karaoke would be over by 11 but kept on till 12.30

Good for a base

Only used hotel as a base, good location to Wembley Arena and stadium with good transport links. Room itself was ok, shower was not working which we only found out about in the morning before leaving. No plug for bath either so had to improvise.
