Decent hotel would look for another at same price

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was good, food and choices as well as temperature.
Cons: some of the doors the card keys did not work. some of the lighting outside was lacking. A lot of cigarette butts on the ground.
I had to check into two rooms. First room toilet was running and handle was broken. Second room smelled damp. Breakfast was good.

Free and substantial breakfast is a big plus

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Six flags New England (about 15 mins away) Pool Free hot breakfast buffet WiFi and free access to small office suites Courteous staff
Cons: That funny smell!
Location: Six Flags New England
We go on vacation at Six Flags New England every year, and this is our hotel of choice. However, this time around we were a little disappointed with a funny odor in both of our rooms....jus something a little "off." Opening the windows didn't seem to help. Other than that, the kids loved the pool, and the free buffet breakfast is a nice amenity.

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be.
Cons: Need to do alot more cleaning and keep up on the landscaping.
Location: Close to Lincoln Tech in East Windsor and lots of good places to eat near by.
We had to get a another room. We found food in frig and there was no shower curtain in bathroom. Also did notice the stairwells were not all that clean and landscaping needed alot of attention.

Nice hotel, 15 minutes from 6 Flags

Posted Jul 20, 2014
The hotel is in a nice town in Connecticut, just 15 minutes from Six Flags. The location was safe and just 5 minutes from a town that included a mall and quite a few restaurants. There is a Wal-mart nearby. It was very clean and well worth the value!

Nice hotel close to I-91

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Far enough from I-91 to buffer most road noise. Rural setting yet close to amenities. Rooms had fridge, iron, digital flat screen TV, clock radio/alarm, king bed, stuffed chair and office desk with free Wi-Fi. My stay was for 3 nights and everything was very good. Hotel staff very pleasant. Free breakfast had adequate selection with hot and cold items. Also free newspapers in lobby.

Very bad customer service. Dirty corridors and smelly carpet. Water dripping in the lobby. The hotel service is a bad repute to the name of the restaurant.

Horrible conditions, run down and smelly.

Posted May 19, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything.
Location: Close to I-91 and that is about it.
The room we were given was on the first floor and had an open window when we walked in. No screen. I was unable to lock and had to call front desk staff to assist in locking. We got stuck with a smoking only room and the entire hallway in this corridor smelled horrible in addition to the room. Housekeeper in hallway was asked by front desk staff to spray room and hallway, but she did not. She also was not friendly and did not smile when we walked by her several times. There were also burn marks on the carpet in various places. There were HBO guides on nightstand, but HBO did not work. The "fitness center" consisted of a tiny room with a treadmill that did not operate. A sign on the wall said that the key to the treadmill could be obtained at front desk. Front desk did not have a key and had only a magnet. The flat screen TV in the fitness center did not have a remote control - I was told someone had stolen it.
