The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly, the problem was at breakfast time, they tried to rush us out and we still had like 20 min lol, same for check out time, they knocked the door and screamed at 10:30 but check out was at 11am, I even had my do no disturb card, I was taking a shower, I’m glad I had the lock on. Never again!

This hotel fits the definition of a hotel. The employees were very nice throughout the stay, and the breakfast was delicious! We were not enthused by our surroundings. There was nothing for a few blocks - except for a McDonald's and a Dunkin Donuts. The fitness room has three pieces of equipment and some weights. It's also on the smaller side. The pool was closed for the season so I cannot comment on that. However, there was mention of a whirlpool but we never saw it either. Overall, if you're looking for a short stay throughout your travels, this hotel is convenient.

This was a great surprise! While the area around this hotel is industrial in nature, the property itself is extremely clean, quite professionally managed and extremely responsive to guests. it’s not the place you go to walk around the neighborhood necessarily however, it is close to many opportunities for inquisitive minds.

I requested a quiet room location. I was assigned 101, the first room in hall by front desk. Constant noise till maybe 10:30pm Food choices for breakfast left a lot to be desired. Microwaved eggs have no taste Lots of be processed foods.

stayed here once before and it was great but got a room for my family while they were visiting and it was a good place to stay just for the weekend. location was convenient as the highway was right there although not much to do in the area, my parents enjoyed the free breakfast, and front desk staff were super kind and accommodating. my mom ended up leaving her airpods so called and they were able to find it right away and take the proper precautions when they returned it to me.

The staff has been very friendly and accomodating on the day of my arrival. The room was very clean, with a clean bathtub, a coffee maker, a sofa and a comfortable bed! It was very quiet. The air conditioning / heat was functioning very well. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. Breakfast included hot servings. When I go back to Hartford, I will stay at this Best Western again.

Close to Convention Center for vaguely reasonable price with good sized room and bathroom, plus free breakfast and solid, easy parking— and two dunks near by!

We left a day early. The hotel smelt like pot terribly and it made my sister sick. You get a fine if you smoke but yet again, the smell of pot was overwhelming. My bathtub drain was full of hair (I got pics), so the tub wasn't cleaned. We never had our room serviced. I had to keep asking for clean towels. Not really happy. The staff were amazing though!

Entire property indoors smelled of marijuana. Ridiculous. AC unit in room did not work well so room was hot overnight. This is as bad as it gets for a property I paid $140 to stay one night. This was the Worst Western.

Made a reservation for friday night to Saturday morning. When i checked in at 3pm on friday, i paid and signed paperwork. An employee said she couldn't get into the systems but she knew i had reservations. So she gave me 2 keys to my room. 2 hours later another employee call the room and stated i wasn't suppose to be in that room i explained that i paid and the employee who i talked tp that gave me the keys. She apologized and i said no worries. I checked out today at 11 am, at 3pm another employee stated i didnt pay for the room i had to explain again about the mix up. Long story short keep your receipts and please make sure the room they give you is suppose to be yours

Pros: everyone seemed super friendly, and the breakfast was really popular with many of the guests. Cons: the entire hotel had a skunky aroma. Hallways were a bit hazy in places.

I arrived over an hour after check in and my room was not ready, the room they provided had toilet the did not flush and a plumbing issue and we had to switch rooms.

The room given had bugs. I reported it to the front desk. I literally had an employee come to the room. She killed the bug and left. Stating they were aware of the infestation. As you can see outside the window. No offer to give me a new room. Three days at this Best Western and me killing bugs. The woman with the Jamaican accent that was making the breakfast was very nice. I will NOT return.
