This hotel will be awesome when the renovation iscompletely finished! The manager and staff are very welcoming and made our stay as pleasant as possible! This hotel may not be a 5 star chain hotel, but for the price you can not beat it! Give it a chance!

“Bradley Airport's Best Hotel”

I am telling you going anywhere else will be a waste of time and money . I got all I needed for a nice stay at a lot less than I usually pay. I will definitly go back.

You can probably see from the score that I rate this place highly. I'll let the facts speak for themselves: - I have stayed at many of the hotels in that area, since I visit frequently on business. I must say, this hotel is really up to date! It is fresh, warm, and very well decorated. The hotel must be very new. The staff was very helpful in helping me get a room of my liking. The room was large, beautiful large bathroom, and shower; and everything looked tip top new. The beds were large and soft!

“Fantastic from all aspects!”

I loved all aspects of my stay. I drove up, was greeted well. The lobby and check-in area was very inviting, with a beautiful modern ambience. The service is amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Everything was brand new! The beds are wonderful and comfy. The staff is very kind and courteous!

We used their "Park, Sleep, Fly" option, and it was a great deal. Nice people, too.

“Bradley Hotel”

My husband and I arrived to the hotel early after a long journey from Ohio, we asked if we could check in early. Jason the hotel manager was at the front desk and allowed us to. Jason was a great help, I have never seen a manager be so accommodating to a guest. The next moring he was mingling with guest. Jason was a great help and seemed to be extreamly interested in the well being of his guest! The pool was great and the place was glamorous.

“Great Potential”

The Bradley is a very good hotel and is an excellent return for the money spent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was road work going on at the time I was there but that is something that is not controlled by the hotel. Very quiet surroundings and easy access to the freeways. The hotel has a bar and lounge area that is not being utilized at this time and I think it would make a better selling point. It also has an area for afternoon cocktails just outside the indoor pool and if utilized would create an atmosphere more like the Embassy Suites. The breakfast area needs to be moved to the dining area which needs to be opened for service, and the area now being used for the breakfast area need to be turned into a business center. Finally they should set up a free airport shuttle to bring in more business.

“A Lot of Bang For My Buck”

I travel alot for my company and always find problems with getting a decent internet connection, receiving faxes etc. This hotel was probably the most well equipped I ever stayed at with FREE high speed Internet in my room THAT WORKED; I was even able to Video Comference. When A fax came in it was actually brought up to my room! I found it very convenient to Hartford Ct, ultra clean with a nice relaxing room and friendly HELPFUL staff, full cable tv and great breakfast. I can't believe how nice it was for the price! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone traveling to this area!
