Centrally located!

I had never been to this area of CT before. I loved how things to do was just a short drive in any direction. The area was very nice and the folks at the front desk always greeted me when I walked through the door. :)

Location: remote and nothing near by
I did not have internet connection and the front desk never took any action. Room service never cleaned my room and i stayed for 2 days in the same room with out any cleaning.

The hotel was a bit dated ther where a lot of water stains on the celing tiles and the restaurant was definitely for the older crowd and the bartender was not of the educated type and the food was mediocre and the breakfast was the best thing overall although for the price was good

This hotel needs some updates.the room was disgusting..big stains on carpet..holes in wall..water stains and mold on ceiling..large amounts of dust..found trash behind bed..no hot water. If I hadn't prepaid through expedia I would have refused to pay for this room. The second room we rented for my mother was even worse than ours and even had blood on the bathroom wall. Breakfast was decent which is the only positive thing I have to say.chose this hotel for pool for kids which was not open for the season yet despite being mid june and looked in rough shape

Pros: The staff quick response to guest needs.
Cons: The pool needs to be cleaned.
Location: The location is the downside of the hotel.
I liked the the customer service provided by the manager and staff. The shuttle from and to the airport is a positive point. A car is needed because of the location of the hotel.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel itself needs updating/renovation. Bathroom ceiling has yellow leaking spots; bathroom wall paint peeling off; washing basin missing stopper. Ok for a short night stay before flight etc..

Terrible conditions

Comparable to the Bates motel, disgusting dirty floors and walls, faucet missing handle. Toilet seat was half off lopsided. Microwave had cooked food in it and room smelled HORRIBLE. Fridge was in tough shape and never cleaned. No toilet paper. Lighting was very dim (missing bulbs) i was not impressed. In fact i had to get a room at another hotel. Lost money, wouldnt recommend hotel to my worst enemy.

Pros: Very convenient location
Cons: Housekeeping could pay a little more attention to detail.
Room wasn't clean, there was a dirty washcloth and open soap in shower and some kind of sticky mess on the nightstand from previous guests. Stained and drooping ceiling tiles in hallways.
