“They go out of their way for you!”

Clean, quiet, and very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and overall stay was very nice. I do wish they wouldn't charge for local calls though. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was well taken care of both inside and outside. The room was picked up, bed made, and a new fresh set of towels every day. The pool was available and very clean. They have a sports bar that's very friendly with great food choices. They provide shuttle service to where ever one would like to go. It's an easy walk to a variety of food chains, including two of my favorite coffee establishments. Easy access to airport, to major highway, and other places of interest. There's always plenty to do after work hours. When the need arises again, I will make arrangements to come back for another stay.

“great location, inexpensive”

I picked this because it was the least expensive. Decoration of room was outdated but it was clean, staff were great, next door to an excellent sushi restaurant and many others, right off the exit. Indoor and outdoor pools.

“convenience with a surprise”

i was taking my son to college and needed to stay in hartford conn so that i could rent a car the next morning and continue to his school. i chose the hotel because it was listed as being near the airport. the surprises were that even though we were exhausted from the 1st leg of the journey, together in my son's overpacked car, and had forgotten to bring the directions to the hotel the sign beckoned us from the highway. check in was easy and the facility was beautiful, comfortable and had a lot more amenities than what we bargained for. a pool for a relaxing swim, a restaurant/bar where we could get a late dinner. the restaurant/bar was comfortable and friendly. the room was immaculate and a reward for the hours spent getting there. the overall surprise for me was that i happened on such a delightful resting stop simply because it was presented as an option when i was frantically trying to make plans at the last minute.

“Short stay”

We stayed prior to early departure from Bradley. Very convenient. Clean and comfortable, no frills. The restaurant is OK, but closes at 10 pm. Didn't try the Sports Bar. Staff is a little grumpy.
