“Reasonable rate and location”

The hotel was in a great location for a great price. When I checked in, the woman helping me was exceptionally friendly! We were staying on the 5th floor and all I could smell was cigarettes. Which was weird since we had non-smoking rooms. Also, when I came in late, the gentleman working the front desk would just stare. It was uncomfortable and awkward. He never said hi or greeted me. Just looked at me from the moment I walked in until the moment I got into the elevator. Then my boyfriend came down with me in the morning and the same thing happened. Just weird. Other than that, I had no problems with my stay or the area.

The hotel lobby was ok, the room was ok, but the towels had stains on them. The girl at the desk could not tell me the name of the meeting room where we were having our conference. She kept telling me it was in the board room. There is no meeting room with a sign on it that says board room.

Hotel has been recently renewed. I figured that it would be clean? The bedspreads and bed skirts were dirty and sheets did not look quite right either. It's a shame because it looked nice but a clean bed makes all the difference. Also. There were some people who hang outside the hotel at night by the front door. They appeared there on all nights if my 4 day stay. Did not feel safe coming and going in night hours. Comp breakfast not good. Mini bagels and Danishes, not fresh.
