BeautifulPosted Dec 15, 2014
Quiet comfortable and just what I needed. My fiancee enjoyed it also. She said it was very refreshing to be at a hotel where she could relax and just be herself.

Look elsewhere!Posted Oct 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
We arrived at 8:30 pm and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Called the hotel from our mobile phone and still no answer. Weird! Not worth the $100+ nightly rate. Plenty of other options in Vernon/Manchester area, so look elsewhere if you can. Doors left open. Not secure. No amenities. Scratchy towels. Top to bottom, you can do better nearby.

Well worth it!Posted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Large, comfortable room, very helpful staff, easy to find off of I-84, well worth the rate. Highly recommend!

Okay for a nightPosted Oct 21, 2014
Got to the hotel and was greeted by a nice desk guy (David). The room was nice but was disappointed to see that the room phone didn't work and the tub faucet was leaking loud enough to make me get up to shut the door when I went to bed. Other than that, it was fine for a night.

Worst stay, room smelled like an ashtrayPosted Oct 20, 2014
Cons: Disinfect rooms and make some smoke free.
This was the worst smelling room, like an ashtray. When we asked for a new room we were told all rooms smell like this one? We arrived late night and had to wait to be acknowledged after ringing a bell on the counter then calling a room # as directed by a sign on the counter. 30 minutes later we were sort of checked in. A complete joke. Also as we are pet owners it is nice that this hotel accepts pets BUT they should be in same area not all over as we left the elevator to our room about ten dogs started barking and yapping all over the floor, different rooms.

good for one night on the cheapPosted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: friendly staff at the reception, clean rooms, clean sheets and bathroom.
Cons: What could be better: Quality of bedding. More tissues in the room and softer tissue paper (facial, and bathroom) Glass cups in the kitchen.
Location: Mall and a couple of typical restaurants (Applebees, etc)
friendly staff at the reception, clean rooms, clean sheets and bathroom. What could be better: 1. Quality of bedding. 2. More tissues in the room and softer tissue paper (facial, and bathroom) 3. Leave glass cups in the kitchen, if you already have one All in all not a bad experience but somewhat of a "meh" ... for another 40 bucks you can get much better.

Very BasicPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Brighter light bulbs. Better breakfast.
Stayed for two nights. No maid service second night. Breakfast very skimpy. Coffee, tea. a granola bar and a muffin. No juice, no milk , not any cereal. Many parts of the day there was no one at the hotel front desk.
