This was a very lovely hotel. Clean and the Staff was SOoOO NICE. Beds were comfy…and overall I would definitely stay again!!

I enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice but extremely small. The room was roomy and had a lot of space but the housekeeping was non - existent. I stayed 3 nights and asked several times for more towels, and refills on the toiletries and didn’t receive them.

The people visiting this hotel are very noisy, talking loudly in the hallway. Somebody even knocked on our door in the middle of the night. The people above looks like they had a party. Also, you can hear the snoring and the alarm from the other room.

I always choose this hotel when we are in the area to visit family. We didn't have the breakfast this time around, but usually is good when we do! Our room was clean just like every time we come. They even let us stay in the same room even though we had 2 bookings due to last minute changes. Staff was kind, guests were kind, even saw a couple pups! It was a good stay :)

Staff was friendly, location is excellent for Hartford if you have a car. Not a lot of savoury options for breakfast, and the carpeting, wallpaper and furniture have seen better days.

Great stay!
Over all, the stay was great. The rug in our suite had wet stains on the rug. The beds were springy but everything else about the room was great. The breakfast was fantastic.
