Good hotel to rest your headPosted Feb 22, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable.
Location: Not much to do near-by if you don't know the area. Target and Chili's is up the street, but not walking distance.
I stay here often when I'm in the area and never had a problem with them. It's not a 5 star hotel but it'll do when it comes to finding somewhere to sleep. The pool is also a bonus, but the rooms don't look like the pictures.

No shuttle from the airport cost us $28.00Posted Feb 18, 2014
Cons: Communication within the staff. We confirmed our shuttle 3 times the day of travel and they let us down totally!
Room ok, but shuttle drivers didn't show up for work and then the shuttle was supposed;py snowed in. The shuttle service is the reason we booked this horol. Never again!!

Good mid-range hotelPosted Feb 16, 2014
Arrived in a snow storm four hours early and was allowed to check in. Was also told that if my flight the next day was delayed I could check out late or of it was cancelled I could keep my room another night. Very accommodating and helpful with driving directions too. No fridge in the room, carpet not well vacuumed

Is this REALLY the highest rated in the area?Posted Feb 7, 2014
I decided to spend the extra money to go for this hotel which was the highest rated in the area according to all of the travel sites. I had crashed on two different friend's couches before my stay, and BOTH OF THEM WERE MORE COMFORTABLE than the king size bed I slept on at Hills Point. The bed was hard, and the pillows did nothing to soften the blow either. In addition, when I entered the room it was freezing cold and the sink in the bathroom had what looked like cigarette ashes in it. Breakfast was fine, but nothing outstanding. When I first checked in, I needed something for a headache and not only did the front desk have nothing but there was no convenience shop or vending machine. Don't waste your money. Just stick it out in one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

No way 3 starPosted Jan 24, 2014
Location: A restaurant next store that looked closed every time I drove by.
No restaurant, no bar, no elevator, 80s decor, 2 out of 3 machines in the exercise room broken, no extra outlets near bed for chargers, etc. no room fridge, microwave, - how does this place get a 3 star rating on expedia?

Cheap, Safe, Clean roomPosted Dec 23, 2013
Pros: Nice pool area, safe and inexpensive enough to get the kids their own room
Cons: get a bar and restaurant in there!
Location: between Springfield Mass and Hartford CT near Bradley international airport......highway exits a little confusing to get here
Rooms nice for sleep, a little outdated but the cable, TV, and internet is updated. no restaurant close by and none in the hotel...breakfast included is the typical hotel cereal, make your own waffles and those horrible eggs..... suggest you eat elsewhere but the coffee was good.
