“Good location but run of the mill hotel.”

In Hartford for two nights on business trip. Hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants and convenient. Parking at $13 a night - OK, it is right downtown so you have to expect that. Rooms were clean but HI should spring for new towels - very thin and scratchy. Good bed, crappy pillows. Breakfast was very "eh" - lukewarm egg things called omelets - but good coffee and those cinnamon rolls. All in all, just a "run of the mill" chain hotel that charges too much for what you get in the end.

“only in a pinch”

Room was clean. They were not busy, but I got the sense they put me on a floor under construction anyway. No carpet in the hall. The cost of parking was not known when I booked.

“Location was nice”

The floor in the hallway was getting redone, so there was no carpet. The toilet area was way too tight. Your body was against the toilet paper wall holder. The room did not have a nice fresh scent.

“Up Late...”

Room was nice and clean but could use a little refreshing to get it uptodate. Wireless internet was bad. Had to call the front desk several times during my 2 day stay. Even spoke to their internet Tech Support but they did not help. Also, across the lot is a night club. Loud music late at night so ask for a room facing the other way. They also charge extra for parking.

“Unpleasant surprises”

I choose this hotel specifically based on reputation and the reviews. When we arrived at 9:30 PM, there was a block party going on in the rear alley behind the hotel. Very LOUD noise, music.. very annoying. Also, we were charged additional fees. They charge a $50. pet fee and a $13.00 parking fee for overnight, outrageous! The additional $63.00 was a very nasty/expensive surprise. The room was small but clean. Now that I know, I won't choose that hotel chain again.

“Not a Nice Hotel At All - even for one night of business travel”

I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you're here to party at the bars next door. For business, no thank you.

“Horrible”

Horrible for the price. Online says it comes with fridge and than you walk in and nothing there you go ask for one and they tell you they c Can't because theirs no one to do it what kind of service is that. Parking isn't safe for cars either. I wouldn't go back ever would much rather sleep in my car next time
