“Great addition to the Bradley Airport hotel family”

Really liked this hotel. The only drawback was the pool - small and cold. Other than that, it was great.

“Great park, sleep, fly”

This motel offers a shuttle every 20 minutes. Being able to leave your car for a week or two for the price of a motel room you're going to need anyway is a great deal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but crowded. The shuttle was dependable and the driver was helpful. When I came back and needed some help with my bag, he was quick to realize it and to assist me.

Typical Holiday Inn, good service , clean. Pool was cold.

“A Night in Winsor Locks”

The hotel was very nice the room was comfortable and plenty of space. The only thing I would say was the breakfast was somewhat skimpy

“Great location”

Clean, pleasent atmosphere, we enjoyed a very comfortable stay and will return. The pool was small and the water was cool but the kids had a great swim none the less. Breakfast was great. We stayed a long weekend and found the weekday staff not as pleasent as the weekend crew but not enough to dampen our spirits.

“Better than expected”

After reading some reviews we were somewhat sceptical to stay here but the convenience factor could not be overlooked. Other than the breakfast not being to our liking, the hotel was great and we were treated like valued customers. Will definately stay again.

For the decent price, the room was very spacious, new, clean, and had a good continental breakfast

The room was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay there again should I need to return to Hartford.

“Airport hotel, rental car recommended”

This hotel was recently converted from a Comfort Suites to a Holiday Inn Express, and there are now two Holiday Inn Express locations in Windsor Locks. (Important to note when giving directions!) The continental breakfast is nice, but I wish there was a hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. There are only a couple of casual dining options in W.L., and they are a 20 minute walk away. The workout room is tiny with only a couple pieces of equipment and two pairs of dumbells. The pool was also quite small.

“Cold pool!”

It was a good place for our family to spend the night, but unfortunately the pool was very cold!
