“Very impressed”

Hard to find but Michelle on the desk was wonderful!! We called the hotel for directions and she stayed on the line with us and directed us until we got to the hotel. She deserves many stars just for her attitude and helpfulness.

“Will do it again”

It was my first stay at a Homewood Suites and I was very satisfied with my accomodations. The room was quite 'homey' and I like the touches like bottled water and popcorn. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

“Stress relieved and happy”

I really liked this hotel. It's location is in a nice and quiet setting. This makes it so easy to relax and just take in a bit of nature. Having breakfast and a lite evening meal included really helps the family on a budget afford a vacation. This busy mom would like to say thanks for helping us all to have a relaxing and de-stressing stay at your hotel. We will definitely be back again.

“roomy and pleasant”

This hotel was pleasant and nice. The only reason I rated "comfort" a 4 was because the walls were a little on the thin side - you could hear noise from the hallway or next door. I rated the neighborhood a 4 only because it is a business park setting without any dining, shopping, groceries or gas nearby. But the rooms were very spacious, clean and a great value. It was a great to have the living room/kitchenette with extended family. Oh and the breakfasts were very nice - much more than the typical bagels and juice.

“Nice hotel”

Very nice hotel. Only criticism is that had to wait one hour to get in room. Checked in at 4pm but not ready till 5pm

“Great hotel for any length stay!”

I was amazed! Staff was wonderful! Room was perfect for a weekend or an extended stay. We had 4 people in our King suite, 2 adults, 2 kids. The room never felt cramped. The full breakfast was a surprise to me! Hot and cold choices galore! Very balanced. I was stunned to see there is a meal in the evenings Mon through Thursday. Maybe you won't like the choice of the night, but if you do, it can really save you on the cost of eating out! I can't imagine a better place for a business traveler!

“Very accommodating staff.”

Stayed here before and loved it.This time the staff allowed us an early check-in, which was GREAT, but gave us the wrong keys, which we didn't notice at first since door was standing open when we arrived. When my family arrived (at 1:30 AM after the wedding we attended) we found there we no blankets for the fold-out. It was late, we were tired. Also not enough towels on hand. Didn't realize pool doesn't open til 9 AM--they did offer to open it for me. Minor annoyances, really.

“Accomodations were nice.”

The accommodations and service were what you would expect. The hotel was clean and quiet, the service prompt and friendly. The only negative was that I got a smoking room, but that was my fault. I mistakenly checked smoking when I booked the hotel and the non-smoking rooms were all booked.

“Always enjoy Homewood Suites”

It was the usual nice Homewood Suites, good room, good service, nice breakfast, helpful front desk (finding an all-night restuarant for us when our 21 month old refused to sleep at 2 AM). . . the only downside was it seemed the walls were thin to the adjacent room. Or maybe the deep voice of the man next door just carried. Thankfully we was quiet after about 9PM, otherwise we would have cashed in on the satisfaction guarantee. My husband and son enjoyed the pool. The location was only about an exit away from a nice mall and lots of restaurants, so it was convenient. I was at a conference in Hartford and the trip on a weekend only took about 15 minutes.
