Nice room. Small bathroom for size of room. Not much furniture in living room/den area.

Central location in renovated buildingPosted Sep 3, 2013
Location: City Steam Brewery in the same building is good for beer but not food. We had to ask three times for bread. The waitress was rude. "Specials were not.
The loft room was spacious and quiet, with a functional kitchenette stocked with dishes and some pots/pans. The bathroom was clean with a little peeling grout. The view onto the parking lot was unremarkable. The breakfast was served on plastic plates but included sausage, potatoes, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, and oatmeal. The staff was courteous but no one knew how to direct us back onto the highway (turned out the ramp was 4 blocks away).

Hope to returnPosted Jul 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a wonderful 1 week stay with our toddler at this Residence Inn. We stayed in a King loft suite which was much larger than we thought. It was larger than most 1 bedroom apartments. Our 1 small issue was the lack of counter space in the bathroom and no coat hooks in the front entry. However it was very comfortable and had a nice staff. The meals were very good and the staff took the time to get a high chair and other items for our young child. Aside from a full breakfast they also had a few grab and go type sandwiches for lunches as well as a small dinner on 4 evenings. There were also cookies and other snacks and drinks out each day. There was a laundry and fitness room on site which were both well maintained. The area around is great with a few nice wine bars and restaurants. It's also a pretty close walk to Bushnell park and a few shops. Parking is $17 a day and you have the option of the outdoor lot or underground. This hotel was by far the best value for the money.

Great hotelPosted Apr 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The was perfect and the rooms were very large which was great. The staff was polite and attentive. I have never been to Hartford and was disappointed with the city itself - very empty and oddly underpopulated. Other than that the stay at the hotel was great!
