“HELPING A FRIEND MOVE.”

I WAS IN TOWN TO HELP A FRIEND MOVE. I WANTED A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.... I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.....I HAD A VERY NICE ROOM AND IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED FOR THIS TRIP..... THE PEOPLE WHO WERE WORKING THE CHECK IN DESK WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I MET BOTH MORNING AND EVENING STAFF....VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE....

First, for the price, the hotel is great. The management was friendly with us and our 3 little ones. The breakfast was great! They had a wide variety of fresh breakfast to choose from and it was up-kept well. The room was large and roomy. I just want to offer some criticism here, so please don't take it as a "don't stay here" comment, because overall, we were pleased. The pillows are hard and lumpy. I couldn't get comfortable on the bed, as it was a bit lumpy. The thing I wanted to mention the most is, I about burned myself in the shower trying to make the water cooler because it seems the pipes are backwards. C and H are opposite! Trying to make it colder made it hotter.

“Disappointing”

The details of the description suggested that there was a restaurant in the hotel, that is not true, there are several restaurant, that surround the hotel. Too much noise from the surrounding rooms and the attendant whom was mature woman seemed that she did not want to work, decided that taking her cigarette break was more important than checking me out. I walk out with out getting a receipt of my charges. Very disappointing experience I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
