“No frills accomodations”

Bathrooms not updated. Kind of dingy. Good place to sleep, but not one I would highly recommend,

“Not impressed”

Hotel was fairly clean, but it was the check in process that initially floored me. Twenty minutes to check in is ridiculous. She couldn't even find our reservation to begin with. Finally got our keys, went to check into the room, and we are overpowered by the smell of smoke. Went back, had to wait another 15 minutes in line to tell her we had requested a non smoking room. An eye roll and ten minutes later we were put in a room just one room over. Having the pool in the atrium was nice, until about 11pm. It was impossible to get the baby to sleep and the partied carried on despite a few calls to the front desk to see if they could do something. They had lovely tables set out by the pool, but when people are sitting out there at the bar at a table literally right in front of your door blowing smoke in your room, it gets frustrating. Will try to find a candlewood suites next time.

New Orleans, French quarter. Plus Metairie is nice.

“My hotel of choice in the area!”

My room is always imaculant, smells good, cool, and comfortable. I never used the jacuzzi or pool yet but an eager to when the weather permits it. I do wish the pool area would stay open later than 10:00. In New Orleans, people stay up later than that. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing. I love the idea of being close to Copelands! The food is great and they do room service to this hotel!

“Couldn't ask for more”

First time staying at a Best Western. I was prepared to be disappointed, but there was no need. Our adjacent rooms were perfectly located so we could enjoy every aspect of the hotel: the beautiful swimming pool and courtyard, the laundry room. The rooms were beautifully furnished, including flat screen TV, and were perfectly quiet. All services were top notch, from the front desk staff, the hot breakfast every morning, and the excellent maid service. We couldn't have been more please with everything, strongly recommend this hotel, and would absolutely stay there again.

There are many areas of New Orleans to recommend, but the French Quarter is always and important element.

“Good hotel at a Great Event Price”

Very nice and clean hotel. Really liked how the hotel was open in the middle where the hot tub and pool were located. Also, right next to a really great restaurant.

Area recommendations

Westbank is quiet. The only drawback is the toll line to get back into the city.

“would stay there again”

it was a great hotle for the price. Its in Harvey just on the other side of the river ((9 miles to quarter) but since its in a different parrish then NO my cab ride to the quarter was a little more the what i had planned on. But it was new years and we didnt want to drive so we took a cab and the hotel was helpful in getting us the cheapest and the driver was great. The next day we drove down there and you can find all day/overnight parking lots everywhere. When i go back i will be staying there again...the staff was very friendly
