Great location, not too far from DT NOLA.

Pros: The room was nice and comfortable, staff was great, and hotel offers a good, hot breakfast.
Location: Very close to downtown New Orleans - about a 15 minute drive. Not too far if attending an event at Superdome.
We were in town for an event at the Superdome, but unfortunately everything was booked downtown New Orleans so we had to look at surrounding areas for hotels. This hotel was in a great location, being only about a 15 minute drive or so. Hotel was clean and spacious and offered a hot breakfast daily. There was no inconvenience being out of the city - the staff was very helpful and accommodating at all times. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Both the evening and the morning staffs were very friendly. Only negatives were the slow and lumbering elevator and the hallway carpet starting to show a little age. Rest of the property was in good shape and clean inside and out. Parking is very convenient and felt safe. Hotel is off the main road behind another multi-story building, so there was a little trouble spotting it late at night from across the road. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

The hotel was located in an area with lot of restaurants, stores, and shopping nearby. Parking lot was well lit. The room was spacious and clean. Had updated furnishings and bathroom with granite counter top. We had need to use the safety box at the front desk and they were very helpful with that, and info on local goings on for Mardi Gras. The only real complaint was that breakfast ended at 9am. During a big holiday event like Mardi Gras......who gets up and eats breakfast by 9 am?!? So, we did not get to take advantage of the "free" breakfast. Not the end of the world, but it would have made the stay that much more enjoyable!

Close to New Orleans

Pros: Close to everything, a very good breakfast and a very nice staff.
Cons: Our room was located next to the elevator and it seemed I heard it start up every time someone got on. They are in need of more of a sound barrier.
Location: Shopping, eating, Bourbon St., French Quarters, etc
Overall, a very nice stay. The hotel is very close to shopping, plenty of restaurants and right across the river to New Orleans; which is why we stayed here.
