I thought the roaches were bad which is the reason I chose to check out after 1 night on an 11 night trip. Considering I checked out they refused to refund me for the nights I DIDNT stay at the hotel. I stayed 1 night and was charged for 11 even though I checked out, I ended up staying in another hotel and have gotten nowhere with Inn Town Suites. Staff is rude and give you the run around, you ask for a corporate number there’s no number just a website where they send you a generic email with NO HELP. The refrigerator went out and caused my groceries to go bad as well. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT stay here

I booked on travelocity from December 30 to January 6th. The rooms are filthy. Roaches everywhere. I didn't see bedbugs. I paid seven days but only stayed half a night. The beds, walls, side tables, and floor had a green powder film on them. The floors had a pile of a green powder, and a white sheet with green powder on it that was on the floor wadded up. They had workers sanding the outside part of the doors, so I assume it was powder from the paint. I tried to get my room changed. I was told the room was "as is." After staying in it a could of hours, I was sick, congested and had to leave. The green just was everywhere. The workers who were sanding the outside part of the green painted doors stopped me as I was entering and told me that insuites should not be booking those rooms on that side. He spoke Spanish and was very concerned. I have their numbers. He was worried about the paint powder. I was told there was no cleaning person nor a refund. I'm hoping I can upload pictures after this typed review.

The property did not look anything like the pictures. The staff was rude and non accommodating. They gave me a room that had roaches, the shower pipe was also broke and sprayed water everywhere when you turned it on and there was hair and stains on the blankets. When I requested a refund for the other 9 nights that I reserved but did not stay yet then they told me that they weren’t able to facilitate a refund because they have a no refund policy (that is nowhere on the site or papers that you sign). They told me that they would only be able to switch my room to a cleaner one. They switched my room two more times and both of those rooms ALSO HAD ROACHES. Still they refused to give me a refund for days that I have not yet stayed there. We spoke to the Property Manager, General manager, and sent a complaint to corporate. So my wife and I had to buy our own roach spray and traps because they wouldn’t give us our money back so we can stay elsewhere. This was a horrible experience, especially for my first time being in the New Orleans area and it being for a move while waiting for my house to be ready. I will never stay at an intown suites again.

There was a mix up between Expedia & Intown Suites. I arrived at 6:45pm and the hotel sold my entire reservation to someone else, not just one night, but the whole reservation. There was a clause, not communicated on the Expedia website, that if one does not check in before 6pm, the hotel can sell the reservation. I did not know I had to be there before 6pm. So, finding that out, after the fact, was very inconvenient for my family.

This hotel is definitely for customers who are struggling or less fortunate and don't care about condition of the rooms. Rooms need deep cleaning and updates. Refrigerator was the nicest amenity in the room because it looked brand new. Curtains were damaged and floors stained. My mom had no other choice but to stay due to the hurricane and other hotels bring full. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice clean experience. Bring lots of Lysol to disinfect!!!!!

Miserable stay
When arrived it was a mess. The rooms that we booked through a third party online sent me as well as other residents wrong booking information to their systems. Some rooms were clean and some were dirty. I actually went due to hurricane ida coming and boy it was miserable. No back up generator which was explained to us. Throughout the storm every room had a leak in them. All the towels and even sheets from the beds plus my pots I provided were needed. I refuse to go back to that hotel

We loved the full size fridge, the convince of being close to my work area , pricing is not bad weekly. The only thing I don't care for is if key Card messes up after hours they won't fix it . They charge for a second key when you have 2 guest . You have to $ for the extra or to fix key card. Other than that it was a good stay .

LOOKS Are Deceiving Overnight Stay!!!!
The outer exterior of the location was okay, BUT once we saw the inside of the room we were Highly disappointed. It was as if we had checked into one of those Hourly motels that some people use to conduct whatever business they need to. Good thing we only needed to stay overnight because I was informed that EVEN if I had chosen OR NOT to stay that I would not be able to get a Refund for the Reservation...DAMN!!!!

Do not book this hotel. Everything was horrible, room was nasty, front desk agent was rude. We stayed for two weeks due to our work schedule it was difficult to move we never saw a housekeeper. Do not stay there even if the room was free.

This was a horrible place. This Intown Suites was completely run down. It was dirty; furniture was falling apart, and the trim around the perimeter had peeled off. Instead of fixing broken drawers, they were nailed shut. The bathroom toilet tank leaked, and was continually refilling itself. The next door neighbor had an exgirlfriend. Each night the exgirlfriend would come over and scream at her ex, telling him how worthless he was. Each night they would have a knock down drag out fight. I will give credit to the exboyfriend. Eventually when the exgirlfriend came over, the exboyfriend did not make a sound and did not answer the door. The exgirlfriend pounded on the door for a good 30 minutes before finally leaving.

Unexpected pleasure
I had over a weeks stay, with my husband for his work. The night desk associate was very welcoming and accommodating. We got a choice on which floor we preferred and assistance when ever I felt the need to ask for it. Cleaning staff took extra precautions for the current pandemic. Easy check in and out, peaceful hotel environment and close to a lot of good places to eat and check out. Thanks for a pleasant stay! I recommend to anyone.

We showed up at 8 o’clock at night and and extremely rude clerk told us that they canceled our reservation and that they were full. We were late for an event so we booked into a nearby hotel that was significantly higher due to the last minute booking. When we called booking.com they tried to assist us getting in and when they couldn’t get these horrible people to deal with them they called us back and told us that they would refund us the difference between the original booking and the new booking so great job hotels.com. But never ever ever book into this hotel they’re horrible.

Having successfully called the front desk the day before our arrival in order to confirm our reservation, I was frustrated to learn at check-in that there were no rooms available (the hotel blamed Expedia as they we undergoing some renovations). It was 4 o’clock local time and others continued to check in as I waited for the manager to call me...no call ever came and I had to make other arrangements.
