Phoenix Guest House is a central and stylish Victorian town house providing affordable guest accommodationin the heart of Hastings.
All rooms are stylish and well equipped with flat screen televisions with intergrated DVD players and Freeview, tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water, a mini fridge and hairdryer.

“Good choice for weekend break”
Really enjoyed our stay. We had a compact modern room at the top of the house, really nicely decorated and superclean. The owners were very welcoming and the room was very quiet. The guest house does not do breakfast but there was a list of recommended eateries nearby. The room had a tiny fridge which was a nice touch and the TV had a built in DVD so we could relax with our own movie choice at the end of the day (we took our own film in anticipation - I don't think the guest house has a dvd library!). The guest house is right by the station - in a road which at first glance seemed rather seedy but the location is fine for strolls east to the old town or west to St Leonards.

We could not of asked for a friendlier welcome. The location was perfect and so close to the seafront and the town centre. The room itself was clean and well presented, we will be back for sure!
“Couldn't Have Been More Helpful”
Phoenix House were the perfect hosts on my recent trip to Hastings for the half marathon. They were unbelievably kind to me and allowed me to leave my bags with them whilst I raced and use their showers after the race, even though I had already formally checked out of my room. They gave me a map of the town, cafe suggestions and even race route advice and a bottle of water after I'd finished. They're really close to the train station, which was perfect for me, and five minutes from the sea front. Please note, this is a guest house - not a B&B - but there are plenty of nearby cafes.
