"Exceptional customer service"
The police had closed local roads so we had to park a short distance away and walk. The hotel receptionist / manager could not have beenore helpful. She drove to us and we followed her back via a complicated diversion. Lifesaver. The hotel is also very comfortable and stylish and has nice art. If I had to stay in Hatfield again I would sefinitely choose Beales.

Pocket Guide: Hatfield, Hertfordshire Business Hotels

Conveniently located for both Stansted and Luton airports, and just 20 minutes on the train from King's Cross station, Hatfield is an archetypal commuter town. However its history dates back to Saxon times and there are several interesting buildings to be seen: Hatfield House is a magnificent stately home, while the Church of St Ethelreda and The Old Palace are both noteworthy.
