“Very Impressive Facility With Southern Hospitality”
This hotel is brand new with indoor pool and free interenet. My room (suite) was very large with granite counter tops in the kitchen and spacious bathroom. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and the staff always exhibited the friendly hospitality the south is famous for.
“Foundation meeting”
The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Our original room smelled like smoke, I had requested nonsmoking, and a new room and upgrade were provided immediately. The breakfast provided a good variety to select from. I had trouble at checkout but the manager know the problem and she fixed it and explained what happens with the technology.
“Very pleased with Hampton Inn”
Our experience at the Laurel Hampton was very pleasing. The only downside was that the indoor pool was not heated and the water was to cold to enjoy swimming. We had looked forward to the pool as a way to wind down our 4 yr. old grandson. Other than that our stay was perfect. I commend Michael at the front desk for his customer service. He went out of his way to accomodate.
