“Mice in the rooms”

We only stayed one night at this hotel due to mice! We moved out to another hotle 24 miles north of Hattiesburg.

“Location was good”

The front desk staff was nice. I had to call about the lack of a cleaned bathroom. They brought me my coffee service and a bath mat as requested. Light between the bed was a hit and miss because a very loose socket. Room smelled stale. Make sure you like dogs because this is a pet friendly hotel and the dogs barked all night.

“Not impressed”

This hotel needs to be remodeled badly. I felt like I had stepped back into the '80's when I walked into my room. The door handle fell off my door and when the guy came to fix it, he didn't even knock to let me know or to have me check to see if it was fixed. It had sliding patio doors (which had a secure lock) but as a woman staying by myself it made me a little uncomfortable - I probably would have chosen a different hotel if I would have known it at the time of booking. The check-in staff was extremely friendly - that is about the only positive thing I have to say about this place.

“Old and undermaintained”

While the hotel has it's problems, I must say the staff is friendly and helpful and goes above in service what I have encountered in other hotels. That being said, I have no problem with older hotels, but they must be maintained. With air conditioners with gaps to the outside around them and old carpet and TV's, the atmosphere of the room left alot to be desired.

“would definitely book this hotel again”

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was very easy to get to . Location was great not a lot of heavy traffic to deal with. rooms were very comfortable. Very good location for dinning. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
