The Super 8 in Hattiesburg proves that a "budget" hotel can still offer the amenities usually found only in more expensive lodging. The rooms were freshly renovated and clean. Each contained both a microwave and a refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast had the usual assortment of bagel, cereal, toast and Krispy Kreme donuts, but they also offered fresh baked waffles. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The hotel was located just off the freeway, and less than 5 minutes from Turtle Creek mall. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hattiesburg area.

The hotel is clean. The room was nice. There is a breakfast in the morning. The location is great because it is right off the internet and the price was right.

We needed a low cost room for an over night stay while on a school function. We decided to give Super 8 a try and were very pleased.

“Great bang for buck”

We were looking for an inexpensive and clean place to stop over for the night while driving to the Gulf Coast. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was basic but satisfactory, and accommodations were great for the rate we paid.

“Convenient Location”

It was what I expected. Can't beat it for the money, it was one of the cheapest in the area and was very close to campus. Rooms were nothing fancy but were clean and in good shape. Our only problem was as this was the second time we stayed at this hotel, and both times we had trouble with the lock to the room upon check-in and had to move our stuff to another room. Other than that it was a great value stay and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

“Will not stay at Super 8 again”

Had to change rooms because the first one was full of ants. New room had stains everywhere and condoms left on top of the dresser in one of the information holders.
