“Chamonix”

This hotel is a short distance from the tram and from town center. Walking to either of the train stations is not hard. We got a guided tour of the room. That is a nice touch. I liked the space for my computer. The bit rate on the wi-fi was the highest I have ever seen. It was so fast it blew out my AOL and I had to go to the web browser to check my email. Breakfast was good. Price was good, probably because it was not high season.

“Great hotel in the heart of Chamonix”

I never write reviews, but this hotel deserves one. The staff was unbelievingly fantastic- so nice, helpful and warm. They provided the very best recommendations and spoke fluent English so it was very easy if you are traveling from the US. The hotel itself was in a great location in town- walking distance to everything- with parking and ski lockers. Also, it was a very pretty hotel, although my only minor complaints were that the rooms themselves were on the small size based on the cost and the spa was lacking a hot tub and had tiny changing rooms. But otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and I would stay there again in a heartbeat- I highly recommend it!

“Hotel excellent if room a little small.”

Hotel is good - staff are excellent and friendly. Rooms clean. We had a superior room which was a bit small - just about 1m space around the bed. Swimming pool is much smaller than the photo suggests but its nice to have a sauna and turkish bath after skiing. Drinks are pricey. Breakfast is nice if a bit expensive at Euro15. The hotel is well located in central chamonix.

“Did the job ok but with a slightly sterile atmos”

Central location. This means it's noisy though. We had a superior room but still quite small for two people. Good sauna and steam room. Pool not really up to much as its so small. No transport to the ski lifts which was a shame.

A surprisingly modern ski hotel with excellent location to bars/restaurants in chamonix town, very good homemade and fresh breakfast and fantastic evening restaurant, just wish the rooms were a little bigger and that they had made one large bathroom instead of a small bathroom and separate toilet!
