Very nice hotel is superb location off Lake Annecy We will be returning for a longer stay next year.

“Excellent residence in a beautiful setting”

A well appointed residence. The appartment was clean and met the advertised standard. The internet site is a true representation of what you get when you arrive. We experienced a very quiet time there and the views over the lake and surrounding area were breathtaking. We visited mid Sept so it might be noisier in the summer if families occupy the residences. Duingt is a charming but small village. There is a bus and boat service into Annecy town. The bus stop is by the church in Duingt which is a stones throw from the accommodation (bus takes about 20 mins). There is parking on site. The hotel is on a main road but when you are in the accommodation road noise can't be heard. A great place to stay if you plan to travel the Route of the Grande Alpes. We would definately return.
