“Tom”

Excellent location & friendly service. Good breakfasts, tasty Tapas in the restaurant and a friendly service makes this hotel a prime choice for Chamonix. Under the same owner also: Alpina, a multi storey building just behind the main square with may shops at the ground floor and Prieure (did not see the actual location).

“Good value and fantastic service”

The staff went out of their way to help us throughout our trip, the room was clean and well furnished, and the price was quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

“Nice hotel in the heart of Chmonix”

We would go back. The hotel, in the heart of Chamonix is very nice and the staff were very nice also. We enjoyed our stay. Internet use had some charges and although one could only use internet in public areas, the internet was efficient. One could check emails at the bar or in a quiet business lounge. My husband and I traveled there for a conference in summer. The only drawback was there was no lift. (which we knew in advance.) As we were traveling for business, we had extra luggage. We stayed on the third floor so we got extra exercise.

Great location right on the main street. Our room was quiet. It wasn't fancy, but nice mountain decor.

conveniently situated. no stairs = 2 floors up

“great central location”

It had a great restaurant. It was a superb location. The desk workers, all of them, were helpful and courteous. Only down side was that the room itself (single bed - bedroom) was fairly compact, but overall satisfaction of the hotel more than made up for it
