“An impeccable hotel with great service”

I loved my stay at the Mercure Hotel Chamonix Les Bossons. The staff was very helpful, rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. I just have to say that it's a bit far from downtown Chamonix, and the train station in the town where the hotel is located (Les Bossons) is also not very close. Taxis in the area are ridiculously expensive, so it would be a good idea to have your own wheels to be able to get to the hotel, especially if you are interested in enjoying Chamonix's legendary attractions such as L'Aiguille du Midim, La Flegere, Le Brevent and la Mer de Glace.

“Nice stay during the summer”

Hotel has a beautiful view of the Boissons glacier and the mountains. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was long enough to swim laps and really nice, although you have to bring a towel from your room as none are provided. Breakfast was not included, and was pricey--13 Euros, so we just hit a bakery in Chamonix. The windows in the room opened--a nice plus for this kind of hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the reception staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't speak for how this hotel would be during the peak winter season, but during the summer, it was great and worth the reasonable price we paid.

“Ski vacation in Chamonix”

For a ski holiday, if you're not renting a car, hotel too far from Chamonix Centre. Only 2 buses available in the morning and 2 in the late afternoon. Taxi is 30 euros one way for a 10 minute drive

“Chamonix”

Chamonix is a widely spread resort. The hotel was a ten minute drive from the centre and the was only two buses leaving in the morning, one a 8:30 and one at 9:30. For those not wishing to rush in the morning it was not an ideal location. The hotel itself was very nice and if you have your own transport it would be fine.

“The service was incredible”

The hotel was no 4 star and a little far from town .If you plan on going out at night stay in town or pay 30 euros to get back after 8 pm . The staff were incredible and helpfull. Bring your own computer, the hotel doesent have one.
