“Nice, quiet location”
On arrival at our accommodation we found it to be quiet & peaceful. Our apartment was a one bed for 3 people. Although the living/dining/kitchen area was adequate, with a sofa bed, we found the bedroom to be very small. Also, with us being on the 2nd floor, the bedroom and bathroom had a slanted roof which was so low that it was difficult to easily manoeuvre, without hitting the ceiling. The shower in the bathroom was so low, that it would only suit children or if you were only 4ft tall!
I did request another room in the morning, but was told that the place was full for that week. So, unfortunately we had to put up with it.
The hotel also has a pool, which we used once, but because of the lack of decent changing facilities and kids jumping in & out of the pool, we didnt use it again.
In terms of location, the accommodation is literally 3 mins walk to the Prarion gondola, (some apartments are ski in-out, but ours wasn't).
In terms of other facilities, there are only 2 ski shops, a convenience store and a small restaurant/cafe, which seemed to close early every night.
So, getting to the shops to buy food for the week, became a bit of a chore as we had to catch a (free) shuttle bus both ways, which only runs every 30mins -1hr.
The skiing area was good for beginners & intermediates, with a couple of red and a black run for the more adventurous!
