Usual Campanile standards.

Posted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: Thebstaff were very helpful and pleasant.
Location: Like most Campanile's it is close to nothing.
Close to major roads good for am overnight stay, good for a transit stop. It was quite hard to find.

Good value but

Posted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Booked this hotel as my daughter had become ill on a cycle ride from London to Barcelona and it was pretty much the nearest to the campsite she had been staying at. Pretty basic but adequate, friendly staff and reasonable food. However, it is some way outside the town and not much around it. If you need an overnight break near Limoges this would be fine.

Out of the way

Staff good. Room had mould in shower, no tissues. No hot meal available that night. No real choice of restaurants nearby, except Novatel within 400 metres.

Pet owners Beware

Posted Jul 26, 2012
Cons: reception staff evening meal
booked 2 rooms for myself brother in law and 2 small dogs.On arrival was given only 1 room.when error pointed out behaved oddly shrugged and gave us a second key. pet friendly it was not as room for dogs was up an open flight of 30 external concrete stairs with no side walls dinner was of poor quality steak and there was no bar to have a drink .next morning was informed that i had to pay all the bill as no payment had been made by credit card.on arrival home found charge by expedia on credit card statement and so had been charged twice for the rooms. Expedia have resolved the overcharge( thank you Tamara) but the visit to this hotel was the worst experience I have had in travelling .I do not normally complain but in this instance felt it was necessary to do so

Good value travel stop

Posted Jul 23, 2012
Pros: Price
Cons: Lack of toiletries in the room
Location: Good stopover while driving to the south coast of France
Simple, but good value place for staying the night while traveling
