“Decent Room”

Decor a bit outdated, but the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Convenient location with a CVS next door, a Dunkin Donuts and at McDonald's around the corner.

“Adequate hotel in Haverhill, MA”

This is a typical Best Western. No frills and adequate facilities. The staff is friendly and the rooms are small but clean. Haverhill has very little to offer as far as hotels are concerned and this is as good as or better than the others. The price is reasonable.

“not Impressed”

did not empty ice bucket, bathroom had dirt in corners, no parking for the amount of customers.

“Best place in the area”

I have stayed at this motel several times and have never been dissapointed. They have a clean wonderful hot tub, pool and exercise room. Close to just about everything. Easy to get to.

“Reasonable price”

It easy to locate and a good deal in that area. Its not too far from downtown Haverhill where there are a lot of good deli's and sandwich places. They also have a food court right outside with lot of different choices. However, I don't really like the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. They have a good breakfast buffet and the prices are reasonable. They have a mini fridge and microwave in the room which are very convenient.

“Great value for the price!”

We selected this hotel for its proximity to Canobie Lake Amusement Park...less than a 20 min. ride. The young man at the front desk was very helpful with directions to restaurants other than those located in the immediate vicinity. The weight room was more than adequate and our daughter used the pool each night we were there. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was a bit smelly, but that could be attributed to the high humidity during our stay. Our room was comfortable for the three of us. We will definitely stay again for our next trip to that area!

“Best Western Merrimack Valley”

It was during a heat wave, the air conditioning was poor and the room took several hours to cool off even after maintenance checked the a/c unit.

The room was ready and clean. We were disappointed with breakfast setup and the fact there were people eating there that clearly were not guest!
