“Airy, clean and quiet”

Our spacious condo in Waikoloa Colony Villas had soaring high ceilings with lots of natural light. It was well decorated, clean and comfortable, with two furnished decks for enjoying the outdoors. We particularly enjoyed all the beautiful birds that showed up in the early morning and early evening for meals.

“Extremely comfortable and nice for a family of 4.”

We reserved a one bedroom condo and got a three bedroom unit! It was very spacious, well-decorated and on nice grounds. Our townhome was close to one of the pools. We would go back.

“Superb accomodation in a nice resort area”

The Aston Waikoloa Colony Villas is situated in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, only 25 minutes from Kona airport. There are a number of nice hotels in the area. The King's Shops are closed by for shopping and dining. It also has a gas station. In addition, there are a few interesting sights at Waikoloa itself, such as the Fish Ponds and the Petroglyphs. The Aston resort is a collection of bungalows, each divided into a few units. The property is very new, bright and cheerful. We had a two bedroom unit. We were instantly impressed on entering the unit. It was very well furnished and windows provide lots of natural lighting. There is a bedroom upstairs with a large walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom even had two sinks. Downstairs were the living room, dining room, kitchen and second bedroom (again with an attached bathroom). The kitchen was very well equipped, enabling us to cook fairly elaborate meals. The washer/dryer meant laundry was never a problem. The only thing missing was an electric kettle. In the living room, there were a music CD player, a DVD/VCR player, TV and a selection of books. There were adequate parking lots in the property, and we could park just outside our unit. There was also a gym and a pool with bbq facilities. One thing they could do is to have some DVDs available for loan at the rental office. Overall, it was the best property we had ever stayed in on a vacation.

“Very relaxing anc comfortable for family vacation”

Beautiful condos. we went there with my parents and a six month old. Very comfortable with all ameneties, right next to golf course and spacious. we would love to go back there again. We are extremely satisfied.

“Will Definitely Return”

We were very pleased with these accomadations. The unit was quiet, clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated.It is a great place for a family. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was wonderful.Anyone who can't walk a distance will have to drive to shops and the beach, but it's not very far and parking isn't difficult. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great home away from home”

This condo was just down the road from Hilton's Waikaloa. We didn't want to leave the Colony Villas. No beach views but the best beaches are still a drive away anyways. The nearest beach is at A-Bay and it is way too crowded. Loved the kitchen and living room, loved the decor.

“Book me again!”

Great resort location 30 minutes north of Kona. We rented a 2 BR condo for a 5 day stay on the Big Island and were thrilled with our selection. In addition to the bedrooms, we enjoyed two private decks, two full baths, laundry in the unit, a soaking tub in the master bath--and thought we might just move in. Well located in a resort setting with many ammenities, restaurants, shopping, beach access and golf, the condo itself was clean, comfortable, spacious and soon felt like "home." Our accomodation definately helped us "relax" while on vacation. The complex felt private but not isolated and afforded easy access to the surrounding areas. The pool area was an excellent spot to get some sun and refreshement and was not noisy--even when a family and children were busy at play. Staff was friendly and available.

Fabulous place. Very comfortable. Great place for a family to go and enjoy and relax. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort.

We loved the accommodations. The 3 bedroom condo/villa was clean and spacious. They thought of everything, kitchen utensils, laundry soap, etc. It was quiet and safe. The price was right too!

Aston Waikoloa Colony Villas is a gated property next to a golf course. It is very quiet with a lot of room. It is a fairly new place, so everything is in great shape. The condos are quite large and great for families. Next to Aston Waikoloa Colony Villas are other major resort hotels with beach access. Close by is also a shopping center called "Kings Shops" with a couple of really good restaurants.
