“great condo”

The first (16-303) room's air wasn't working but they immediately sent someone to fix it. When it wasn't fixed they moved us to another room. The condo is away from all the downtown traffic. The condo is beautifully maintained. Had a great stay here. Condos are so much better than regular hotel rooms. It would have been nice to have free internet service. (They charged 9.99)

“Lovely Resort.”

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Coast Resort. The unit was clean and well maintained. Staff was very polite & professional. My grandson celebrated his 12th birthday while we were there; upon hearing this the lovely lady @ the front desk upgraded us to a 2 bedroom unit so he could have his own room. Any issues were addressed promptly. Grounds were nice & well kept. Location was convenient and quiet. We would definitely stay again

“Gorgeous Honeymoon Location”

The room was beautiful. We only asked for a King bed but were given a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with kitchen, living room, and a large lanai from which we could see the ocean and amazing sunsets. The location was about 8 miles from the downtown area which was good because there were less people walking around. It was close to a strip mall area where we got groceries for breakfast that we made in the room. The staff was very helpful. Whenever we needed something they sent someone to the room. We didn't take advantage of any of the services the resort offered and were never really asked to take part in the time share pitch. The rooms face outside courtyard areas with trees and different plants so there were some small lizards and spiders but they stayed away from us and the room. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

very quiet and somewhat secluded resort only downside is there is no beach on property but a great swim and snorkle beach less than a half mile up the road grocery store close and the cocconut center is up the road about 7 miles away with several excellant dining options

Have been here 3 times now and am always satisfied. Great location, nice size rooms, courteous and helpful staff. Amazing low price for what you get!

What a fantastic resort! Rooms beautifully furnish and well appointed - kitchen fully equiped. Anything we requested from guest services happened immediately. A wonderful experience on the big island of Hawaii!!

We truly enjoyed our once in a lifetime stay in Kona On the Big Island of Hawaii. The accommondations were much better than we had expected especially considering the very affordable price. We would highly recommend the Kona Coast Resort for a great Hawaiian Experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful all during our stay.

“Excellent place to stay on the Big Island”

Our room was very spacious, clean and had everything we could want for our week stay on the Kona Coast. The resort is a beautiful garden setting, well maintained and very quiet - we were on the lower floor and were hardly aware of ours neighbors to the side or upstairs. The activities staff were great - very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that needs improvement would be the restaurant. Even for casual fare, it needs to be at the level of the rest of the resort. If we were ever to visit Hawaii again, I would definitely stay here!
