“Great place to stay.”

The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equiped with all the necessary amenities. The unit my wife and I were in had a lanai/balcony that over looked the 4th tee of the Beach Course. It was a great place to have a relaxing lunch. Proximity to both the Queens and King's Market was very convenient. There were several (I think 6) BBQ's by the pool but, we never had a chance to use them. The pool was nothing spectacular but, you are in Hawaii.......Go to the beaches! There is also a very small/limited exercise room. Overall the condo, Fairway Villas and the whole resort area was very nice. I would go back in a hearbeat.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! It was very well stocked/supplied, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. A plus were the three different AC controls (one in each bedroom and one in the living area). The condo is conveniently located close to shops and a short walk away from the beach. Can’t wait to go back!

“The best family facilities on The Big Island”

our experience was great, and this approach (condo) was so much more reasonable than a full feature resort. Remember the joy of the Big Island is to get out and explore the island. You won't be spending your time in the 'hotel', you will simply use it as a point to sleep.....adn then head back out to explore the great island.

“Better choice than a hotel”

The condo was a good choice for our family. The kitchen and laundry were a real plus. No dirty laundry to haul home. Even though it was a condo, there was maid service to make beds, and replace towels. Laundry, and dish detergent were provided. The kitchen was lacking some basic items, such as salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap. You either go without or buy it and leave it or toss it out. We gave our left over water to the grounds crew when we left.

“Outrigger Fairway Villas in Kona Hawaii”

This was a beautiful and very comfortable condo. It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was only minimally stocked and the washer and dryer were small apartment size. It's located on the more desolate arid side of the island but the beaches are very nice.

“Very nice”

This is a fairly new place and our spacious unit was nice and clean with nothing worn out or dirty. Pool area has nice design - note it is unheated so sometimes really cold... Be aware that golf course maintenance starts early (4 am ?) with motorized mowers etc. going in the dark with headlights. Units on fairway side can be pretty noisy in the morning. Complex was otherwise very quiet. Lanai was nice but tiny compared with some places (like the Shores).

“Home away from Home”

We had a wonderful stay, were upgraded from 2bed with loft to 3 bed. Great location, beautifully maintained, nice pool, close to great beach across the street that you can walk to and easy drive to many other great beaches. Close enough to Kona to visit for shopping and nightlife. Quiet enough to really enjoy. Drive to Waikola Village for grocery store, cheaper and bigger than small general store in Kings Shops. WOuld highly recommend this location for a family vacation.

“Spacious Condo”

It was a spacious condo with 2 bed rooms. The full kitchen was very useful and we cooked 2 evenings during our 3 nights stay.
