“SeaCliff Experience”

We had a great room which had a partial ocean and garden view, it was very nice. The staff and the maintenance of the grounds was great. Easy walk to Kailua town.

Perfect location. Large rooms. Perfect view. Kitchen stocked with all the essential cooking tools.

Lovely condo. It appears each unit is individually owned and may be decorated a little differently. Larger than we expected. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you'd need to make and serve complete meals with newer appliances, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Nice views with 2 patios for this unit. We could see dolphins from the patio on several days. Could hear the ocean from the room. Quiet, didn't hear much noise from other units. Staff was nice and helpful with recommendations for local attractions. No restaurants within walking distance, so you'll need to rent a car when staying here. Pool was very nice, and overlooked the ocean.

“Pleasure of our vacation”

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Beautiful design (architecture of the buiding and plants, and water) of the hotel was creating a great feeling of comfort and pleasure.

“Relaxing and low key”

Three of us stayed for 10 days. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Good housekeeping. Our freezer stopped working suddenly, they replaced the refrigerater the following mourning while we were out. They were very helpful with setting up activites. Overall we were very satisfied

“Hawaii...The Big Island”

The maid service only came when requested and this was not explained on check-in. Waited 3 days for maid service to come by and the I went to the front desk to make an inquiry where i was told maid service for the most part was done on request. Aside from that my wife and I had a very nice stay.

“Great for families”

We had a 2 BDR/2BA unit with a great view. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. We were disappointed when we first checked in because we did not get the twin beds we wanted for our teenage boys. It turned out that only 4 units had twin beds as a choice. A DBL sized rollaway was sent up and an offer to switch rooms for the 3rd and 4th nights. (We declined) When we had a problem with one of the toilets, maintenance came within 20 minutes and fixed it. The unit had a washer & dryer which was handy to do a couple of small loads. The grounds are pretty and the saltwater pool was delightful. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and hope to come back soon.

“Had a wonderful family vacation!”

We met our daughter there as we hadn't seen her in 6 months so this condo was the perfect place for our re-union! We had many meals together on the patio looking at the ocean. We had a two bedroom so it was very roomy. The only problems that we incurred was that the garborator was plugged and not working so we contacted the maintenance and finally after contacting them again and the front desk, they arrived to fix the problem but my husband had already lost his patience waiting and being that he is a "Mr. fixit" himself, he fixed it on the second day before maintenance came. I think that cleaning the high up cupboards and places out of reach are overlooked as well. The pools are beautiful and we were very pleased with the entertainment that the condo had to offer three times a week by the pools. I would definitely go there again if returning to the big island. We are part of the Worldmark system but they could only give us one of the weeks, and lucky for us, we decided to take this condo for the second week.

A lovely condo with a great balcony,looking over the Pacific Ocean. Good walk into Kailua for a beer or a meal. The pool next to us was closed for retiling,which was a pity. We loved the Hawaiian welcome party and learning the Hula. Staff were very helpful.
