it is nice hotel close to beach.Posted Jul 14, 2015
Our family (4 peoples) visited the Big Island for the first time. I selected this Hotel as they included breakfast in the room rate and it looked ok. Pluses: The staffs were excellent and were able to assist us with any information required. The location is best and we can walk to lots of eateries and shops and beaches. We got a free breakfast in the morning with fresh tropical juices, boiled eggs, coffee, and breads. Our room is on 4rd floor, beds were comfortable with great view. Minuses: The whole hotel looks as if it needs to be remodel. The balcony door had no lock and dirty. The carpet is frayed with some dirt stains. The room smelled moldy. The air conditioning unit was loud.

You get what you pay for....Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: The pool area and the balcony of our hotel room were enjoyable.
Cons: Hire some people who will take pride in their jobs. Clean carpets and bathrooms. Make breakfast pleasing for adults and kids or do not offer it.
Location: Hotel is located centered among many shops and restaurants. Very conveniently located.
Lobby was very inviting...hotel room needs to have carpet shampooed, they were sticky and very dirty. Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned. Lots of mildew around the tub, baseboards, and ceiling. In general the whole bathroom could use an update. Balcony patio was my favorite part of the room...it was nice to sit out there and watch people walk by. Breakfast was not worth the effort. We walked down at 7:00, it was slim pickings. We ended up eating somewhere else. I thought for one night it could not be that bad, well it was. We will not be staying there again. There was trash bags filled with trash on the first floor at the end of the staircase. We walked by it every time we walked down. It was looked and smelled gross! It was there from 3 until we went to bed. We would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Some shady people were on premises, making it uncomfortable to walk around.

It is a great location but needs remodeling beautiful grounds accept for the trash. AC was not good asked 2 times to fix or get moved to another room "got ignored" staff where friendly pool is nice and they put on a great breakfeast .

Good locationPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: We really liked the free breakfast. It was hard boiled eggs, papaya, toast, muffins, coffee and juice.
Cons: The bathrooms could use an update.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, beach
The hotel wasn't anything fancy but the location was great. Just a few minutes from the beach and the shopping plaza.

Good value and locationPosted Jun 12, 2015
The location is convenient to the center of Kailua. We found the staff very friendly, and breakfast was very nice. We had chosen it simply for the price, and felt it was a good value.

Gute zentrale Lage.

It was convenient for my family and a wheelchair. It was very close to St Michael's church and everything else in town.
