Family Fun DayPosted Aug 15, 2014
We stayed here with our 16 & 13 year old kids. It was clean, spacious and the hide away bed made it perfect. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything was clean and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

4th of July stayPosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Distance to SWood
Cons: Elevator needs a service
Location: Nice new Golden Corral and various other stores, gas, highway nearby.
Stayed here several times and this was by far the better of all of my stays. Stayed on the fourth floor making for less neighbors. Close to Water park, bowling, arcade etc. Quick drive to SWood from here. Elevator is getting tired and is probably due for a good service. Breakfast was good start to each day. Went early as the area can get busy quick. An overflow room has been added which is a nice touch.

Pros: Pet and family friendly. Enjoyed the water slides
Cons: The nightstand hadn't been washed down from previous guests as there was sticky cup rings.
Location: Hiking, boating, swimming, water slides, silverwood.
Nice hotel, family friendly and pet friendly. Liked the remark written that if happy little feet wake you in the morning because they are excited, to get a complimentary pair of ear plugs as it's a kid friendly hotel.

My kids loved the adjoining indoor waterpark. It was very convenient to have indoor access from the hotel.

Best breakfast EVERPosted Apr 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
The pillow top mattress was wore down, other than that a very nice, clean and affordable room.

Good place to stayPosted Apr 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was very pleased with my one night stay. The room was very nice, bed comfy, and all around clean. They had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have seen in a long while. My only problem was I thought the price was a bit high.

When you walk in to check in all you smell is the chlorine, however in order to use the swimming area you have to pay an additional charge per person. Then the room keys did not work, sent maintenance who ran a card over and over to make it work. It still didn't work several times.

Noisy, noisy, noisy!!!Posted Mar 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel is very clean with good service, but without a doubt, the NOISIEST place I have ever stayed. Children running up and down hallways, and neighboring room had extremely loud female with about 10 children. It can't be legal to have so many people in a standard room. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Would not stay here again unless it was an emergency. This is not a cheap place to stay either.

Loved the stayPosted Mar 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
I will say there was a lot of noise from kids in the stairs and hallways, however, I expected this since there is the water park connected to the hotel so it wasn't really a surprise or a problem for myself. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the fireplace in my room was a nice touch. I also really liked the sliding glass door on the back of the room opening up to the walkway to the water park, it was nice and if I had my kids there they would love that. I enjoyed my stay as a whole.

Thin walls!Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: great breakfast and attached to a water park. Cons: Very Thin walls. Can hear everything in the halls and rooms next to you. We had a room next to a Jacuzzi suite- absolutely miserable.
