“A tent would have been better”
Nothing went right from the moment at check in. My reservations were lost, the desk clerk, spent 30 minutes-without any indication, or words to me, trying to find them, and after finally figuring it out, we were given a small, room-with dirty cups. Upon arriving back at the hotel the following day-the hotel had lost our reservations again-making us check in-and commenting that they "wondered why there were items in that room." The final day we stayed, my fiances father came to pick us up, and when asked if they could page us, the desk clerk said there was no such guest! It took ages to checkout-they didn't think we had paid, the clerk heard our review and said she would "see what she could do." We ended up phoning the management, making a complaint -three days later, and getting a complimentary one night stay. Before July 31, 2011. Of course. One of the worst hotel experiences ever!
