This was the nicest and cleanest place I've ever stayed for around $100/night. Breakfast was good and everything was well-maintained and CLEAN.

Stayed here because of location, spa pool, breakfast, price, and chain reputation. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Spa pool was okay, but pool was cold. Hotel needs updating and a good cleaning. Laying in bed, I could see the dust on the window valance. Location was convenient.

Mothers Funeral

Pros: Location cleanliness breakfast was tasty
Cons: HOUSE KEEPING!!!!!!
all was good until house keeping did NOT service my room AT ALL The whole time I was there. I was very upset & disappointed. The night clerk had a "so what" attitude & did NOT even apologize for the inconvenience that it caused me...I had enough with my mothers death & funeral. The manager Ramona was very apologetic & disappointed also . The motel was very clean & quite place to stay.

Cindy, First let me say, I'm sorry for the loss of your family member. I'm certainely glad I was able to speak with you about the issues you had during your stay with us. I have instructed the housekeeping staff to go back to rooms 3 times during the day to look for the Do Not Disturb signs. I'm sure with the location of your room at the end of the hall they just didn't go back after their lunch break. We appreciate you staying with us. I hope when you are in the area you will use our hotel again.

Pros: very clean and very quiet with really good breakfast offerings.
Cons: just keep up your current standards
welcomed by very friendly staff. Asked about places to eat and was given a llittle booklet about dining in the area. Staff person recommened an Italian place she knew about and we gave it a try. exceptional little eatery we really enjoyed. Everything about this was great and would stay there anytime.

Rooms were changed

Pros: Clean and easy location off of turnpike.
I booked 2 rooms, both with king size beds. We checked in and both rooms were double beds. I called down to the front desk to ask and was told that they were booked up and the manager had put a note in the system that she changed our booking. I was not notified, nor was I happy about the downgrade.

I did look for your information but was unable to contact you. Yes, we did change the room type based on the amount of guests in the room. I apologize if this didnt work for you. Great stay

The hotel receptionist was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay which was outstanding. We had our family pet (dog) which was welcomed into the hotel for a small pet fee of $10 without any further questions or hassle which was also great and a lower fee compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean and cozy but the only down slide was that I believe we were assigned a room that is primarily issued to pet owners since it did smell slightly like puppies but I did not mind too much since I had my pet. One suggestion I would recommend to management is to add an airwick or equivalent to the pet rooms. The other recommendation is to identify a way to create a better seal in the standup shower since a little water leaked out during my shower but that may be my fault since I lather and rinse vigorously when I shower. Other than those comments everything was superb, especially the hot complementary breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future.

Nice new hotel great for one night stay

We were just driving through and needed a nice, clean place for the night with breakfast in the morning and this place offered both! Looks and feels very new, breakfast was what you would expect (make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cold cereal, biscuits and gravy, etc) but was well stocked and clean so definitely a bonus!
