The unit i stayed at reeked of cigarette, the towels ands blankets were dirty. i had to grab a scent spray to temporarily stop the smell, but the smell was persistent and kept coming back. the chair and carpet did not look clean at all.

Do yourself a favor. DON'T STAY HERE. Someone tried to get in our room at night. Go down the street to the Vagabond Inn. Way cleaner rooms, safer, and still dog friendly. We booked for 2 nights. Left after the 1st, should've left right away. 1st room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. Moved to a different room. Still bad. We were tired though, and it was dog friendly. At 11pm that night, someone unlocked the door and tried to get in. My husband had put the deadbolt over the door, or else some random man would've walked in. In the morning when we were packing cockroaches were running up and down the wall. There was cigarette ash where the toilet paper holder was. The sink didn't drain. The rooms do not look like the rooms on the website. At all. The staff did not seem like they cared at all. The morning clerk said the night clerk didn't put down we had changed rooms, that's why someone tried coming in our room. I wanted to ask for a full refund, but we just wanted to leave ASAP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

The staff was nice and helpful . However the condition of the the room was horrible. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. It was very dusty and overall unkept . The bathroom was the worst with damaged ceiling, dirty stained tiles and the shower wall was moldy and falling apart . The toilet has mismatched towel seat for the type of toilet. There was left over hairs and glitters. The mattress was stained and worn. The room overall felt outdated and not sanitary.

I’m not usually the type to leave nasty reviews however this experience was beyond me. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking. Cigarette burns all over the furniture. The bedding looked dingy and dirty, nothing compared to the pictures. We didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on anything so we left to a different hotel down the street. As soon as we went back down stairs to ask for a refund we saw the front desk agent taking a smoke break outside, completely unprofessional. They don’t charge a deposit which explains the conditions of the room. The front desk agent himself was not even wearing any type of uniform. Outside there was some kids with a large dog pooping right on the sidewalk. We didn’t even bother asking for our money back because we figured it was a lost cause. Do not stay here.

The staff was nice but you get what you pay for if your trying to find something cheap definitely nothing was clean about the room really run down

Great stay
It was the best hotel I ever stayed in, the overnight customer service was the best thank you for letting me get my room because it was really cold that night and I appreciate it and I would love to come and stay at this hotel again.
