“Smoke-filled non-smoking room!”

Disappointed in a non-smoking room that was very smokey, with windows that would not open, and an A/C that did not work for ventilation. Also, the heat was 80 degrees when we arrived, and we were told to turn the thermostat down to 50 degrees and the heat would go off. It did not go off, and it was still 80 degrees in the morning....we had a miserable night. Nice people working the desk, but they were unable to be of any help to alleviate the smoke or the heat. Unless you enjoy the smell of second-hand smoke and like to be toasty, I would pass by this motel!

pools to small for much was to cold and the hot tub was way to hot,pillows are very wore out so bring your own pillows, all the employees just didn't seem professional, way to high price for the outdated hotel

First night on a road trip to the Black Hills. A good start with very helpful service from staff. Good information about local area.. Small town with great food next door. Great up-grade of room.
