The staff are very nice and helpful. We had our flight at 7am in the morning, the staff was able to provide us a lite breakfast for the road. Beyond our expectations when we asked. The only problem I had was my room was in the first room in the first floor and it was a bit noisy. Thank you 🙏

Check in was very smooth. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We liked having first floor room. The room was great. Very roomy and comfortable. We have stayed here twice now, and will stay again when in the area.

Ice makers on both floors didn’t work, but were not notified. My phone in the room didn’t work. Room Window was covered in green mildew and the sink was filled with cut hair. No clue. So gross! Safe didn’t work and the pool area is in desperate need of updating. Chairs are rusty etc. $175 a night was ridiculous for this property!

The person at front desk has no knowledge, took us 2 hours to check in, we had to contact Hotels.com at 1am because the person here at the holiday in were so unprofessional we had to solve the problem on her side. The place is so smelly. Bed sheets and pillows are not clean, has really really strong bad smell like the hasn’t changed for long periods, bathroom was nice and clean

PRoperty is good. Rooms are cleaned but remember they will not change towels or clean for weekend stays so it is up to you to get towels etc

My Opinion
We had to stay somewhere due to Hurricane Ian, so we were here for 3 days. The rooms were fine. No complaints there. The desk staff however was another story. Apparently frazzled due to the overwhelming people calling for rooms...understandable. But rudeness is still unacceptable. The third day they ran out of breakfast. Now mind you...the Hurricane didn't cause a food shortage on the day we experienced this. Supermarkets had been open for 2 days. Since this is something offered and included in your room rate the least they could have done was refund a courtesy amount. However, for the overpriced room, on the 3rd day we packed and left....never to return.

Let me preface this review with the fact that this was during Hurricane Ian. The hotel sustained NO damage. The window curtain was suppose to be auto operational...didn't work so you couldn't raise or lower it. Bottom floor room had a piece of cardboard across it so people couldn't see in. Lobby furniture was used as a chair...NO breakfast at 8:00. They "ran out". Basically, this is a poorly run, WAY over priced "hotel". None of this had any relevance to the hurricane. These are common everyday situations. The staff can be rude and confused, but again it may be hurricane nerves. All in all....it was a place to stay during a bad time. Would I stay here otherwise...no.

The staff was so friendly. My kids forgot their charger and they even called me to let me know and I was able to pick it up. Usually hotels just seem to pocket things left behind so this was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely stay again.

A very nice stay. No cleaning unless you stayed 5 days. No trash collection from room either and the shower didn’t drain. I feel this had to have been noticed upon cleaning but was not addressed.
